Magnificent villa with pool completely renovated and tastefully furnished. It is ideally located 30m from the sea (you can see) and the famous Club 55.

Covering an area of ​​130 m², the property is built on a plot of 800 sqm and has a pool, a pool house and outdoor shower. Inside, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people spread between the 3 main bedrooms and bedroom-loft that can accommodate additional 4.

Each of the 3 main rooms is equipped with its own bathroom.

New Year at Saint-Tropez

The house is not luxurious, but it is clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great location. The host was very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue is that the living room area is small and the dining table is on the terrace, which is no problem during summer, but a bit inconvenient during winter.

Great house

It’s the second year our family spends the summer holidays on Pampelonne beach and this year we chose Yannick’s place and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was in 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, very light, cosy, beautiful pool which my 7 year daughter enjoyed the most, lovely garden and terrace. The Kitchen is very well equipped. A/C in every room. The host Patrick was responsive and friendly. when we arrived, he described the households in every detail, so we didn’t have any difficulties figuring things out. Recommend this house!

Riviera Living from Hanalei to St. Tropez

What a wonderful time we had with friends in St. Tropez. Yannick was a great host and Patrick the house manager was beyond helpful with our check in and suggesting places to eat. We loved the location of the house away from the main part of St. Tropez but easily accessible and a stones throw from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Riviera, Pampelonne Beach, filled with dozens of beach clubs and restaurants. The house was perfect for two couple or even three. The house is secure with gates and security screens that roll down. We came at a quieter time of year, so I suppose in Summer there is quite a buzz around till later in the day. We love the area of Ramatulle and will for sure return. There is a market just down the road and an incredible restaurant called Le Will and Les Moulins de Ramtuelle. Thanks for a great stay! It reminded us a bit of Hanalei Bay.... Hanalei to St. Tropez. The beach life for us.

Really good property, very close to the beach.

Excellent stay as Patrick the property manager helped with everything. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Only thing to confirm before booking is. the check in and check out times as we were asked to check out at 9am. Way too early as our flight back wasn’t till late. Besides that the entire stay was very pleasant.
