Our condo is perfectly situated on the 14th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 55" Smart TV in the master, and a 55 " Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds with built in twins in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have several 3br and 4br condos in throughout the complex should you have a large group and need more space!



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The property was exactly as it was described and pictured. Plenty of space for our family of 7 and 2 grandparents. The kids loved the pool, lazy river and slide, and the beach was easily accessible. Never had an issue parking, and we traveled with a car top cargo carrier. We were limited to parking on the first 2 levels of the garage due to clearance, but it was nice not having to take the carrier off during our stay. Highly recommend, and will be looking to book again.

The room overall was nice but the cleanliness was lacking. Showers were not cleaned properly with hair being on the walls from previous guests, water bottle caps in plain view on the floors, as well as a bracelet that was easily seen that it appears cleaning staff just looked over. 2 of the lamps didn’t have light bulbs and a few wouldn’t even turn on because the switches had been broken off of them.

Beautiful views of the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has great amenities. The only negative is washer takes forever and dryer does as well. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was spot on as advertised. This unit was rented for my 3 adult children & their families. We actually rented two units to fit our family of 17. It was comfortable & beautifully decorated. PERFECT FAMILY VACATION HOME!

The whole home is well appointed. The second ice machine is a life saver! HIghly recommend this place and will try to stay here again in the future.

This unit was very spacious, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated (just needs a area rug in the den area). The bedrooms and den were very spacious. Since it is on the 14th floor, it has a spectacular view! The condo has a storage room in the hall to store beach items. We were disappointed the hot tubs were closed due to COVID-19 and the outside pool is very small because of the lazy river. Parking cost is $39 per vehicle which is ridiculous since the rental fees are high. You will not be disappointed in this condo. Charlie was very helpful a with the our reservation and check in.

When we arrived the floors had not been swept at all and the kitchen and bathroom counter tops were still dirty. Steak knives were in drawer and had not been cleaned. Ice maker was full of mildew and stopped working after 2 days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. I sent an email to inform of the dirty condition and did not receive an answer.

Beautiful Condo

The pictures did this condo no justice! It was BEAUTIFUL!!! The decor was amazing from the time we stepped into the condo and then with all the details put into each of the rooms. The only complaint we had is that the toilet in one of the guest bedrooms was not cleaned, it still had a brown ring on the inside of it like it hasn’t been used or cleaned in a while, but we did our own cleaning when we got there and it came right off. Also the electric can opener in the kitchen doesn’t work. Would consider replacing that. Other than that, this listing was more than what we expected. It’s in a great location to stores and restaurants, 25 mins from the Tangler outlet in foley and directly on the beach! My son had an amazing time going from the pool, to the water slide on the property, to the beach our entire stay! It was also nice that the property has an indoor pool for those rainy days we had while there. We will definitely book again later this year!

Beautiful balcony and view. Unit was not very clean ,loose goldfish crackers in the cabinet. We cleaned the counter tops, they had dried food stuck on them. We enjoyed our visit.

This condo was incredible. Great location. Walking distance to Coastal, Starbucks, Publix, Rotolo’s. Everything we needed was so close. Room was fantastic for a girls trip. Couldn't have asked for a better condo!
