Apartment les Tisserands is a beautiful garden apartment in a wonderful location – next to the River Rance in the heart of the old port of Dinan. Part of an imposing old stone house, recently upgraded and decorated and retaining its character and charm.

Spacious living room with access to the sunny back garden, dining area and corner kitchen . Bathroom with bath and shower screen . WC. Spacious separate bedroom with double bed.
Internal area 45 sq metres (484 sq ft) and classified as one star tourist accommodation in 2021.
Folding bed for third guest if needed.

With a sunny garden giving direct access to the river and towpath, the apartment is perfectly placed to enjoy medieval Dinan. A short walk across the old stone bridge brings you to a number of good riverside restaurants, bistros, cafes and a good baker.
A great choice if you're looking to explore the region, the stunning beachs and coastline are all just a short drive away.
We can supply a cot,high chair and baby bath at no cost if needed.

Tourist tax, bed linen and towels included in rental prices.

Free WIFI , TV with both English and French channels.

We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or our end of stay clean option is 50€

Free on street parking available next to the apartment , or we have a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for a small charge - 20€ per week.

We have a keybox system so guests can pick up the keys on arrival and check in without meeting anyone , however we live locally and are available if you need us during your stay.

Perfect location Dinan

The house is just a few strides away from the historic town of Dinan on the edge of the Rance river. Lovely restaurants on the banks and all amenities close by. The house has a charming garden with furniture and inside is very clean and comfortable with masses of hot water, dishwasher, washing machine etc etc. Our hosts were on hand if needed and checking in was simple. Safe parking for the car. There are 3 properties within the same building so perfect for groups of friends! A free bus service will take you up the hill to Dinan if you can’t manage the walk!

Die Wohnung liegt an einem kleinen sonnigen Gartenteil, der wiederum direkt am Geh- und Radweg entlang der Rance liegt. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der hintere Teil der Wohnung, das Schlafzimmer, liegt direkt an der Straße/Fahrbahn. Wir haben uns daran gewöhnt, weil die Rue du Four nicht sehr stark befahren ist. Jeremy, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

heerlijk verblijf en omgeving

We hebben heerlijk genoten van het huisje en de omgeving. De tuin is een oase van rust om heerlijk bij te komen van de dagelijkse activiteiten. En het huisje heeft alle voorzieningen die het verblijf veraangenamen. We zouden het zo weer doen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung am Hotspot Hafen von Dinan gelegen. Kanuverleih, bäckerei, Restaurants einen Katzensprung entfernt, ebenso die Altstadt von Dinan. Entgegenkommende und professionelle Vermieter.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und oft in dem wunderschönen Garten gesessen. Die Lage ist gut geeignet zum Fahrradfahren und Wandern, aber auch für Stadtbesuche und Fahrten ans Meer. Einige gute Gaststätten und auch ein Bäcker findet man in nächster Nähe. Wir können diese Ferienunterkunft für 2 Personen nur empfehlen.

Une immersion dans le passé

Dans une vieille maison, au bord de la Rance, sous les remparts de Dinan, un logis confortable, très bien équipé, un petit jardin bien entretenu. Un vrai lieu de charme.

Découverte de la vallée de la Rance

Environnement et cadre exceptionnel. Un Jardin très bien entretenu, une décoration très cosy, logement très bien équipé. Au calme avec un accès direct sur la Rance et ses chemins de halage, au cœur du port.

Wij werden zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren van het inderdaad charmant ingerichte, in Bretonse stijl huis . De slaapkamer, waar je meteen binnenkomt bij de entree en huiskamer zijn zoals op de foto. Keukentje klein maar met alle benodigdheden Maar wat tegenviel was de zeer kleine badkamer, de douchekop liet zijn kopje hangen en spetterde alle kanten op en je kon je totaal niet ergens aan vasthouden in het bad. Het wastafeltje van de foto was de enige mogelijkheid om je daar te wassen.... en dat was behelpen. De tuin is erg mooi, maar je hebt totaal geen privacy, iedereen loopt van de ene tuin naar de andere tuin en hoort alles van elkaar dus totaal geen rust en je voelt je niet vrij. Parkeermogelijkheid was nihil in het zeer smalle straatje. Aan het eind van de straat kon tegen een parkeerbetaling op een terrein staan Ligging van het appartement was ideaal, je liep zo langs de rivier naar de terrasjes en restaurants . Dinan schitterende stad.

An excellent week

Ideal character apartment on the ground floor, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Would suit a single traveller (like me) or a couple. Just a few steps from the port area of Dinan, and a five minute or so walk (if uphill) from the main attractions in the centre of town. Dinan is very handy for getting about even for visitors though their own transport, as the local buses go to Dinard, Rennes and St Malo.

Lovely flat in a magic location!

We went to Dinan for Easter with my partner. The flat is fantastic, with all the amenities and fantastically decorated. The location cannot be better. It's a quiet neighbourhood and the flat is right next to the river! Jeremy is a great host and the town is very nice as well. I completely recommend this place.
