Uzès 6 km - Former sheepfold, with swimming pool. Exceptional calm setting.

This old sheepfold accessible on one level is located on a 5 hectare site composed of fields and forests. Hidden in lush greenery, the site retains a wild character. Everywhere, the view is very clear and the size of the ground allows everyone to find rest areas.
All the rooms in the house open outwards. The living room has a large table that can accommodate 10 guests, a fireplace and a piano. We leave at the disposal of the tenant: books, DVD and games.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have bathrooms. 3 star tourism classification.
The swimming pool is under permanent security system. It is surrounded by a beautiful wooden beach for sunbathing and benefits from shaded areas throughout the day. The pool accessible by steps measures 11 X 5 m - salt water.
The south-facing terrace gives direct access to the garden. There is a shaded dining area. A plancha allows you to cook outside.
A ping-pong table with rackets is at your disposal.
Rest area, with hammocks, away from the house.
The house, accessible by a dirt road, is 10 minutes from the center of Uzès (6km). The nearest shopping center is 3 km away. Many cultural and sporting possibilities in the region. Horse riding center 800 meters from the house.
We note that the water in the house comes from the borehole. This water is filtered and softened but not drinkable. We always leave two 5 l mineral water bottles on arrival. It is up to them to complete during the stay. Personally I cook tap water but for coffee or tea I use mineral water.
