About this property

Enjoy the amazing Vail Mountain views from your living room and deck! Vail studio condo centrally located in Lionshead Village, nearly ski-in/ski-out access to the Vail Mountain just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School. All the shops, restaurants, entertainment and Vail ski lifts are just out your door! The kitchenette has a half-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove. This is a pet-free unit, but there are other units at the Lifthouse Lodge that allow dogs.
STUDIO: Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper in living room. 1 Full Bath. NEW sofa sleeper as of April 2023!
NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation. Opening the balcony door cools the condo pretty quickly.
There is NO hot tub.

LIFT HOUSE PARKING: Limited parking is available first-come, first-served at $50 per night in the winter, and $25 per night non-winter. If our lot is full, the public Lionshead garage is $60/day in the winter, and $35/day in the summer.

Functional and Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Functional property in a great location for a weekend trip with my son. We basically needed a crash pad and that's what we got Don't expect the Ritz if your not willing to pay for it. Plenty of space. Room was clean. Queen bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Bathroom and kitchenette are dated and could use a renovation (thankfully plenty of hot water unlike other comments about the property). Balcony was awesome for a cold one at the end of the day. Easy access during the day and afterhours.

Very much outdated -- but excellent location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed eight nights. Upon arrival during *regular* office hours, we found no one at the desk (they have a mobile phone application that facilitates self-check-in, but they failed to consider that it won't work on some phones). Hot water can be on and off (not the most pleasant winter experience). The building and the unit are relatively old and outdated (though the building is charming aesthetically from the front). The noise insulation is essentially nil (you can occasionally hear the toilet flushing from the neighboring units). However, the location is superb.
