Location,location,location!Private outdoor hottub!Walk to village and lifts!!Walk to everything Private hot tub in your own backyard, on bike paths and trails.Your private mountain getaway awaits you with your own personal hot tub on the porch overlooking a creek.This fully renovated condo is located just steps from TWO different complimentary ski shuttle lines which run year round. This exclusive mountain getaway is located in Sandstone, on your ski map this is the lower right corner, a 10 minute walk into the Village over a pedestrian bridge. There are new furnishings throughout, and the entire condo has been gutted and redone.

OUTDOOR AREA AND AMENITIES:
Your own porch with back yard area, with its own private hot tub. We are the only one bedroom unit in Vail that has it's own private hot tub to soak in after a long day on the slopes, hiking or biking. It is available year round and overlooks sandstone creek.

LIVING AREA
Relax and rejuvenate on a leather sofa, with flat screen smart TV in main area in front of stone gas fireplace. The smart TV is equipped with Xfinity cable with over 200 channels as well as a DVD player, with DVD's in unit.

BED AND BATH:
This condo has two queen beds. It accommodates 2 adults with two small children or three adults. There is a queen bed in the master, as well as another queen size pull out sofa in the main area, with black out curtains in the main area for a peaceful night's rest. There is one completely renovated bathroom in the unit as well, no bath tub, shower only.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Prepare all your meals in the kitchen, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook any meal. Gather round the kitchen with seating for four at the table (opens up or closes to comfortably seat less or more) as well as three bar stools at the counter.

THE LOCATION:
Very conveniently located near two complimentary free ski shuttle routes, both under a five minute walk. Walk 10 minutes into Lionshead Village and enjoy the best of dining, ski gondolas, ski lifts and an ice skating rink as well as world class shopping.
In the summertime you will enjoy world class hiking, wild life viewing, and mountain biking. The Eagle/Vail golf course is located 7 miles from our location.

Awesome ski trip

This condo was perfect for our Vail ski trip. Just steps from the shuttle bus stop and we even walked home from the slopes one day (took 15min). The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and the living room furniture is super comfy, which was a big plus! Host was very responsive to messaging. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a couple. Clean and comfortable with a ski locker just outside. Private hot tub is perfect for the end of the day after skiing. Located on the bus route and within a short walk from Lionshead. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

We were in town for a wedding at the Hyatt. The condo was the perfect location for accessing everything for the weekend. We drove over a couple of times to the villages but also walked using the overpass as well. We would stay here again.

Amazing Trip

We loved our stay. The unit is close to shuttles but we chose to take the 10 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge for snowboarding at Vail. The unit has everything you need to enjoy all Vail has to offer. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked, private hot tub was wonderful, and the host communicated well! Hope to return!

Thanks for your stay! There is an end table next to the couch, and the coffee table that we have been using is the large leather table in front of the couch. There was a glass one there before, but had to remove it due to complaints and injuries, and in the 8 years since then we have never had a complaint until now. There are 12 dish towels in the unit, I will check with cleaning to make sure they are in an obvious location, sometimes they put several them in the closet, and only a few under the kitchen sink.

Cozy & Comfortable & Conveniently-Located

Our second stay at this property. Communication and checkin were again exemplary. Unit is very comfortable, with a good-sized kitchen and private porch. Location is about as good as you can get outside of the village, with two Vail bus stops within very short walking distance, providing a short ride to the slopes (very short to Lionshead, as the next stop down is the overpass walking bridge).

Great location with amenities

Located across the highway from Vail Village providing a quiet, comfortable, and cozy experience. Bus easily accessible from the property to get to ski areas within 15 minutes. Hot tub right outside the unit to help soothe you from a full day on the slopes. City Market and Safeway grocery stores 10 minutes away. We will definitely come back for a future stay.

Thanks so much for your stay! We are a 15 minute walk to the lionshead gondola and ski lifts, or you can take one of two complimentary ski shuttles into the village- the vail run stop takes less than five minutes into the village, the red sandstone bus stop takes about 10 minutes to the village as you have to loop around. Thanks for bringing up the grocery stores - there are two chain grocery stores about 1.6 miles from the condo- we do recommend a car - less than a five minute drive. We have walked there in the summertime, but given temperatures and snow on ground we recommend a car for the winter.

Perfect condo in a great location

This property was perfect for my husband and me. It was nicely decorated and very clean. You can tell that the kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. They were beautiful. The house is located so close to Vail Village that I could walk there. Robin was great to work with. We would definitely rent here again.

Why they chose this property

This property is so much fun- walking distance to everything, right across the street from lions head village, with many restaurants, bars, ski lifts, shops within a 10 minutes walk. The condo was most recently renovated in 2019 including completely redone bathroom, all new lighting, all new flooring, brand new completely remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. and new windows. There is your own private porch on ground level and your own private yard overlooking sandstone creek and your own hot tub.
