Studio condo located within the Lionshead section of downtown Vail, just across from the luxurious Arrabelle Hotel and a short, 150 yard, walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. This property offers a fabulous balcony overlooking Lionshead with a gas fireplace and a new outdoor hot tub. Overnight parking rates at the nearby Lionshead parking structure are set by the Town of Vail though recently have been $60 a day during the high season and free during shoulder season. What makes this property unique

Parking at the Lionshead parking structure (located approximately 300 yards away) is free during the off season and $25 a day during the summer season and $50 a day during the ski season. On site parking may also be available upon arrival based on availability.
