Direct Oceanfront top floor unit! Incredible views of the ocean and sunsets can be enjoyed from living area and the fully equipped kitchen. The private extra large lanai offers a large table with chairs plus chaise lounges to relax and enjoy the views. Unit is equipped with air-conditioning in the living area and in order to save energy, is placed on a 4-hour timer. A washer/dryer add to comfort and convenience of this deluxe unit. The bedroom in this offers a King bed, and a ceiling fan for cooling.

The complex offers an ocean front pool, spa and BBQ area. Conveniently located within walking distance to Kona Town that offers shopping, restaurants, activity booths, and Aloha along the way. Honl Beach is steps away from the complex, a popular body boarding or surfing area, or its great for an afternoon picnic if relaxation is on your mind. For your convenience, there is an elevator in the complex, however there are stairs involved to get to the unit after using the elevator.

*Please note - the complex will be resurfacing the North and South lobby floors from Jan 04, 2023 - Jan 23, 2024. This project will require some temporary detours, minimal noise and dust along with a project dumpster downstairs.*

Excellent location and views- there are stairs

Let me start by saying we would stay here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I have been a Kona a few times and this is by far our favorite property so far. Just a fair warning, there are a minimum of nine stairs to get into the condo. They do have an elevator, but it stops between floors so you have to use stairs to get up to your floor. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be for somebody else. That being said, the location is excellent, and so are the views. The management company was a dream to work with and communicated every last little detail to us. If you have never stated in Kona, this is the best place to go because it’s within walking distance to everything downtown. we found the description and details of the unit to be accurate so I’m only including pictures of the view in my review.

Surprisingly Unexpected

An example of why surprisingly unexpected - spilled some pineapple on the floor and when I wiped it up there was NO dirt on the towel....just yellow pineapple juice. There were extra towel sets and sheets, when speaking with another couple they were not provided these amenities. The beach towels were 4 even for 2 of us and they looked like new.

Time for new bed in master. Internet worked fine but tv was a pain until we used our own subscription. Just clean enough. Back of stove hadn't being wiped clean for awhile. Nice easy walk to village. Parking was fine. Condo was easy to find. Awesome susets.
