Architect's villa on two levels recently renovated (2016) of 180m² on 2000m² of land 300 meters from the beach on foot.
Enjoy the panoramic view of the Ajaccio Bay, mountains and the bloodthirsty Islands, for unforgettable sunsets. All rooms have a terrace with sea view

Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum traumhaften Strand. Sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet, schöner Garten mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, abends gemütlich am Plancha-Grill mit Boccia – einfach ideal!

Excellent séjour

Magnifique villa, prête pour accueillir une grande famille. Proche de toutes commodités (médecin, supermarché, restaurants), mais tout de même à 30 mn d’Ajaccio. Cuisine entièrement équipée, classeur avec toutes les activités du secteur à disposition, bibliothèque remplie, jeux pour les petits, piscine entretenue … Bref, vous trouverez forcément de quoi vous occuper. Par contre, nous avons trouvé les lits doubles un peu petits, mais cela n’engage que nous.

Cette villa est superbe en terme de placement d equipement pour un sejour en famille avec des enfants. Une vue exceptionnelle et une piscine tres bien entretenue. L accueil a notre arrivee a ete sur mesure grace a la disponibilite d Elisabeth qui est tres professionnelle Nous allons revenir !!!

Maison bien située et très agréable

Très jolie vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. La maison possède des espaces de vie bien agencés. Nous avions tous plaisir à profiter de l'apéro sur les terrasses. La piscine est bien entretenue et très agréable, avec vue sur mer et montagne. A disposition des livres, jeux,... qui ont fait le plaisir de notre petit fils et de tous.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable à l'occasion de retrouvailles entre amis La vue et les couchers de soleil sont splendides, la maison impeccablement équipée et propre, et l'emplacement parfait pour visiter la Corse du Sud tout en restant à proximité d'Ajaccio Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire ainsi qu'avec Elisabeth Merci pour cette belle semaine !

Magnifique séjour

Nous étions deux familles de 4 adultes et 6 enfants/ados et avons passé deux magnifiques semaines de vacances dans cette maison parfaitement équipée ! La situation est idéale non loin d'Ajaccio et proches du superbes plages ! La vue est extraordinaire ! La maison est très bien agencée et on y trouve le nécessaire et bien plus encore ... La communication avec la propriétaire était parfaite et l'accueil et la disponibilité d'Elisabeth ont été très appréciés. On ne peut que recommander cet endroit !

Wunderschöne Villa

Das ist eine wunderschöne Villa, der Blick vom Pool zum Meer ist toll. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht hat eingeladen, draußen zu frühstücken und am Abend gemütlich zu grillen und die Ferien zu genießen. In der Küche hat an nichts gefehlt. 300 m zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt liegt ein schöner Strand. Das Meer ist wunderschön, das Wasser klar. Gute Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin des Hauses und problemlose Übergabe der Hausschlüssel. Wir haben tolle Ferien gehabt. Vielen Dank an die Besitzerin.

Vacances inoubliables

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de Pietrosella. Elle est très bien conçue et spacieuse, chacun est indépendant. Les chambres sont grandes, avec une excellente literie, et tout le confort nécessaire. 3 salles de bain modernes, et une cuisine de rêve, il ne manque aucun accessoire, avec un plan de rangement top! Et pour terminer, la terrasse avec une vue sur Ajaccio et les Sanguinaires à couper le souffle, on ne se lasse pas des couchers de soleil époustouflants, les couleurs étaient différentes chaque soir... Des vacances inoubliables, et nous espérons revenir dans cette maison un jour. Une mention spéciale pour Elisabeth qui nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse.

Traumhaftes Haus mit tollem Pool und super Lage!

Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend - besonders in der Küche fehlt es an nichts! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und es ist in der Tat alles so, wie es die Fotos versprechen! Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und würden immer wieder hinfahren!!
