Wonderful holiday

The apartment great, with plenty of space for 6 people (3 generations) and everything we needed. The location was excellent and we enjoyed our time in Arabba so much that we're hoping to return again next year!

The flat is lovely. Communication with Serenella was really easy. It’s very close to the slopes, and ski hire, and the centre of Arabba, right next to the “Burz” blue lift.The lockers for skis are very close. The kitchen is good with everything you need. Serenella is a wonderful host! Her apartment in Arabba was very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable for four adults. The apartment is in a great, central location. A short walk gets you to ski rental shops, a supermarket, all of the restaurants in Arabba, and most importantly, the Burz chairlift. The location made it easy to ski the Sellaronda in both directions, the Marmolada Glacier, and visit Sass Pordoi without using a ski bus. I would definitely book again with Serenella and will recommend her apartment to family and friends!

Nice apartment at an excellent location

This decent, well-equipped apartment is conveniently located near the hart of the village. The owners are friendly and communicate efficiently. We had a very pleasant time in Arabba!

Perfect location for rock climbing and hiking

Myself and four friends stayed at this property where we were warmly welcomed. Arraba is central to many of the best climbing and walking routes and this apartment was perfect with bars and restaurants close by.. The apartment is well equipped and has secure car parking.. I will be delighted to return to this apartment in the future

Ski into car park from excellent slopes

Arabba is a great ski resort. The appartment location is superb. There were 3 of us and we found the appartment was excellent. There’s a well stocked kitchen (except for sharp knifed). De Spar and a veg shop are minutes walk away.

Nice apartment

Nice and spacious apartment located on the edge of the slopes. Everything needed is available. Close to shops and apres ski. It is a pity that no snowboard fits in the ski lockers in the drying room. These were now on the balcony. Highly recommended!

Dear Joop ,as you could see for yourself ,there is absolutely no place to add snowboard lockers in the Condominium ski room! At the departure point of the Burz chairlift, however ,there is a deposit with padlocked lockers for skis and snowboards ,of course for a fee.If you had asked me ,I would have given you this information ,as many others .I am very sorry if this fact has disturbed your holiday,Serenella

Für uns hat alles sehr gut gepasst! Wir haben zum kochen etc. alles vor Ort gehabt.

Wir waren zu viert (eigentlich ist die Wohnung für 6 Personen ausgelegt) Der morgendliche Blick auf die Piste und zu den Bergen war ein zusätzlicher Bonus für uns. Gaststätten und Skiverleih usw ist alles fußäufig erreichbar.

Ich habe noch nie eine solche Kritik an den Betten in meiner Wohnung erhalten, die auf den Fotos, die meiner Anzeige beigefügt sind, deutlich zu sehen sind. Die Möbel sind nicht modern, aber der Bergumgebung angemessen.

Januarwoche in Arabba mit Freunden und Familie

Lage top, Wohnung im 70er-Jahre-Stil

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top. Kleine Fußwege sowohl zum Lift als auch zu Lokalen und Geschäften. Abends abschnallen und ins Haus gehen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach und ein bisschen alt. Aber es war alles da und hat auch weitgehend funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war auch ohne Probleme.

Abbiamo appena concluso il nostro soggiorno di 14 giorni nell'appartamento. Ampio, anche più di quanto le foto lascino intendere, ben fornito e soprattutto in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere facilmente le mete più belle sia nella valle del Fodom che nelle limitrofe. Ottimo!

The apartment had everything our group of six adults required for a week's skiing trip in Arabba. Located in the same building as the Portavescovo Hotel, it was conveniently located for easy access to all of Arabba's amenities. A warm welcome was received from owner Serenella and nothing was too much trouble. Would not have second thoughts of booking again if we return to this area in the future. The Dolmiti Superski is a massive ski area in total, tremendous views all round of the Dolomite range, we still have a lot left to ski..

Sehr schönes Appartment im Zentrum von Arabba

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Personen für eine Woche in Arabba zum Skifahren und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Serenella sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war von Anfang an persönlich und sehr angenehm. Auch Fragen konnten jederzeit kurzfristig geklärt werden, Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung waren völlig unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selbst liegt sehr zentral im Ort, Geschäfte, Lokale und Skilifte sind auf kurzen Wegen zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartment ist persölich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort und für uns als Familie perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Large, warm and comfortable apartment, next to a ski chair

We have had a wonderfull week in this apartment. The apartment is big, warm, well equiped and has many details. It has two terraces, two bedrooms and a large living room where we spend the night playing monopoly. The ski chair is only 200 meters away and we could return to home, skiing to back of the building. There are many restaurants next door and a couple of pubs. The owners are very friendly and willing to help and solve any problem. We think to rent this apartment again when we will return to Arabba another year. Hemos tenido una maravillosa semana en este departamento. El apartamento es grande, cálido, bien equipado y tiene muchos detalles. Tiene dos terrazas, dos dormitorios y una gran sala de estar donde pasamos la noche jugando al monopolio. La silla de esquí está a solo 200 metros de distancia y podríamos volver a casa, esquiando a la parte trasera del edificio. Hay muchos restaurantes al lado y un par de pubs. Los propietarios son muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar y resolver cualquier problema. Pensamos alquilar este apartamento nuevamente cuando regresemos a Arabba otro año.

une très agréable surprise !

non seulement l'appartement est beaucoup plus spacieux que décrit dans l'annonce, il est aussi très propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé. au cœur du très beau village d'Arabba, à 2 pas de tous commerces, banque et de nombreux ruisseaux pour pécher la truite. il est également très bien placé pour randonner à la journée dans différents circuits à 15 ou 30 minutes en voiture. La propriétaire, bien que pas sur place, est toujours disponible par téléphone pour la moindre question. nous avons été reçu par une amie très accueillante, disponible et très gracieuse. une très bonne adresse et nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir.
