Place was perfect for the 2 of us. Simple and quiet.simplicity of a hotel for half the price for being about 15 min drive from Broadway. If we ever go back to Nashville will most likely book this place again

This is a wonderful location, a number of restaurants, and a golf course within walking distance. The guest house is very tidy and comfortable. A shaded yard is nice for sitting outside. Communication with hosts was very easy!

Great location and stay! Perfect amount of space and the bed was very comfortable!My only critique was that there were a LOT of spiders and other bugs. They are all over! Thankfully they weren’t a huge issue, but make sure you get all the critters out before taking a shower!

Really liked our stay at this cozy, clean little vintage cottage. Big shade trees all around in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was really everything we needed for our stay. Michael, our host, was courteous, so friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process seamless.

Darling and perfect for a solo traveler. The fridge compressor sounds like it’s on its last leg…. Pretty loud at night. And a comfortable chair would be a nice to have in the bedroom. I will definitely stay there again. Location is great. And the cottage is clean

Perfect quiet spot

Good spot in a good neighborhood to stay. All it was missing was a lounge chair/ sofa. Somewhere to chill other than the kitchen table. Had everything I needed and worked out great for a short stay in walking distance of places.

Everything was super easy from start to finish. The cottage was clean and so lovely. We will choose to stay here again. It is a nice quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes to Broadway with Uber.

The host accidentally forgot to send the sign in code which was stressful. However, the place was clean with a very comfy bed, great shower with hot water and great water pressure. We enjoyed the neighborhood?

Michael was very polite. I had trouble booking because of something on my end and he called me to help me. He was very kind and helpful. The place was very clean. The descriptions were accurate. Something I was looking for was a quiet place to relax and get a good nights sleep because our days were going to be busy. Folks, this is it. You will not find any place quieter than this in the city. I would book with Michael again. Cheers.
