The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

We had an amazing time staying here for our trip to Charleston! The property was clean, modern and beautiful. The property managers were very communicative with clear check in and check out instructions and they were very responsive when I had an issue with parking (not their fault!) It's close enough to all the downtown Charleston attractions but just far enough to feel quiet.One thing to note is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with anybody who might have issues with stairs.
Great accommodation and location. Well supplied and stocked but suggest you add dish towels and dish mat for placing and drying dishes. Kleenex would also be helpful. Only minor issue is alley can be very noisy in middle of evening.
The location and cleanliness of this beautiful condo make it all worth it! We had the best time and we would definitely stay here again!! Just perfect!
This property is lovely, very clean and in great condition, and in an ideally situated area in Charleston. I would recommend highly to anyone wanting to be close to the action but also staying in what feels residential.
The condo was extremely clean and smelled great. Loved the decor and all of the natural light from the big windows. Location is excellent. So many restaurants to walk to. Loved Bad Bunnies Coffee and the street window at the Italian restaurant a few steps away. Great communication with rental people. Would definitely stay here again. Also it's worth paying for the on-site parking.
The management was very communicative, the staff was very friendly, the location is in the heart of the hippest neighborhood, and the property is very comfortable. An excellent start that we would highly recommend.

Condo was in the perfect location to walk to King street for eating and shopping. Small grocery store across the street for everyday items needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for us (2 couples). The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The location was great. Short walk to King Street and so much else. The neighborhood is fun and quaint too.
The property did not disappoint, we were able to fix breakfast every day before going out to explore Charleston. The beds were very comfortable, and very clean.The management company was great to work with.
The condo was spotless and very upgraded . Location was perfect near downtown and near several coffee shops. Ac kept it ice cold while it was 100 outside .

This space was just right for what our family needed this holiday week. It was so lovely, bright, and clean with plenty of space for us to sleep, shower, and stay. The buildings are really nicely placed and situated in the neighborhood. It was such a cute place to feel like a local for a few days.
Stayed here with my wife and two college age girls. The two bed, two bath set up was ideal, and the excellent kitchen set up was also very handy. Appreciated the frequent and helpful communication from the managers, including the text group chat during our stay. Would recommend!
Simply loved everything about this property and what a great quaint location! The neighborhood was really fun with several restaurants with in walking distance & super easy walk to upper King Street. The unit was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the property owner was A+! Would definitely stay here again!!
What a wonderful time we had in Charleston! Our condo was clean and just adorable. The beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect for us. We had a quick walk to King Street where all of the action was! Parking is a little tough, but we found a spot and left our car for the weekend. Ubers are abundant!
This property did not disappoint! We stayed in the Magnolia Suite, which was exceptionally clean, modern and well appointed. Perfect location, easy walk to the majority of Downtown locations (inexpensive Uber to all others). Owners were easily available by text.
Safe neighborhood, with great restaurants, coffee and bar options nearby. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Really great property!
