Great location, middle of king street and e Bay Street (typical tourist things). easy to walk (if you are good with distance), otherwise, decent uber/lyft rates.

We could not have been happier from start to finish. The place was even prettier in person. We had everything we needed and had an amazing trip. Communication was responsive and kind (when I had an issue which was my fault with the Keurig). We really hope to come back in the future, and I’d have no hesitation working with this property owner/manager.

Condo was very clean and modern. Great location close to King street but far enough from the late night noise.

We had an amazing time staying here for our trip to Charleston! The property was clean, modern and beautiful. The property managers were very communicative with clear check in and check out instructions and they were very responsive when I had an issue with parking (not their fault!) It's close enough to all the downtown Charleston attractions but just far enough to feel quiet. One thing to note is that the unit is on the 3rd floor, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with anybody who might have issues with stairs.

This property is lovely, very clean and in great condition, and in an ideally situated area in Charleston. I would recommend highly to anyone wanting to be close to the action but also staying in what feels residential.

Great accommodation and location. Well supplied and stocked but suggest you add dish towels and dish mat for placing and drying dishes. Kleenex would also be helpful. Only minor issue is alley can be very noisy in middle of evening.

The condo was extremely clean and smelled great. Loved the decor and all of the natural light from the big windows. Location is excellent. So many restaurants to walk to. Loved Bad Bunnies Coffee and the street window at the Italian restaurant a few steps away. Great communication with rental people. Would definitely stay here again. Also it's worth paying for the on-site parking.

Holiday in the neighborhood

This space was just right for what our family needed this holiday week. It was so lovely, bright, and clean with plenty of space for us to sleep, shower, and stay. The buildings are really nicely placed and situated in the neighborhood. It was such a cute place to feel like a local for a few days.

Great place, great management!

Stayed here with my wife and two college age girls. The two bed, two bath set up was ideal, and the excellent kitchen set up was also very handy. Appreciated the frequent and helpful communication from the managers, including the text group chat during our stay. Would recommend!
