Recently updated, 2 bedroom condo, first-floor unit in quiet Bayview Condominium complex, Hutchinson Island's only gated community. The community is adjacent to the Marriot Resort on Hutchinson Island. It is decorated with designer furniture, beautiful artwork, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. New stainless steel kitchen appliances and laundry appliances. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included. HEATED pool, with a well-equipped fitness center at the clubhouse. Short proximity to beach access and golf courses. Come, relax, and live the good life!!!!

Relax and enjoy meals on the screened-in patio while the island breezes envelop you. Close proximity to the beach, golf courses, downtown Stuart, and easy access highway to West Palm, Orlando. Furnished with a high-capacity washer and dryer, and stocked with all amenities you will need for your well-deserved vacation.

The rental period must commence near the beginning of the month and terminate near the end of the month. Seasonal rates for December-April may be higher.

Discounts are available for an extended stay from May through November.

Due to severe allergies in our company, we cannot allow pets or animals in this condo. No reservation request will be accepted for a party with an animal or pet, due to a prior serious allergic reaction.

Lovely stay!

We were two couples sharing this condo, each with a king size bedroom. It was very quiet, a first floor unit, a short walk to the pool. The beach entrance was a 10 minute walk. The owners were very amenable and responded quickly to any questions we had.

The condo was very clean with everything we needed for the month. The owner responded quickly to the problem with the heat. He came and tried to fix it and then sent a repairman. Great pool and patio by the pool. We also enjoyed the large smart tv. We would return for another stay.

Da Le and his wife Stacey were excellent hosts during our 5 week stay in March and on into April. This newly renovated condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with so many extra details such as new beach equipment, stocked personal care items and paper products, and Netflix access. Several beaches are nearby and the pool is lovely. Our grandchildren loved the screened lanai and first floor access to the nicely landscaped lawns and ponds during their 5 day stay. It was a wonderful vacation experience.

We cannot say enough regarding how much we enjoyed staying here. We were lucky to be able to spend the month of February here on Hutchinson Island. First, our host, Da Lee, was beyond helpful. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any request or question. This 2br/2ba first floor condo had just been renovated and was gorgeous. The kitchen was nicely equipped; complete with Columbian coffee in case we arrived too late to get to the store. The furnishings were comfortable, the linens superb and our host had supplied so many of the items to make life easier: dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. The bed was so comfortable and the entire condo was immaculate. Loved the shower! We especially enjoyed the screened in lanai over looking beautifully landscaped grounds and the pond. Sitting here early in the morning was so peaceful and it was the perfect place to store our bikes and our dive gear. The neighbors were friendly. The pool and exercise room very convenient and also immaculate. Da and Stacey have put in quite a bit of work on this condo and it shows. We were privileged to be able to have conversations with Da about his gorgeous photography that hangs through out. A treat for sure. It is a 4 block walk to the ocean and the beach, a 3 minute drive to Publix, and other conveniences were less than 10 minutes drive. Additionally there are several state managed beaches close by the condo. Wide sidewalks and good bike lanes make the neighborhood a pleasure. And for the birders, loads of water birds in the ponds. This is without a doubt 5 star! Thank you, Da, for a lovely stay. Our only regret is that we didn't book longer!
