Find your way to the front door of this rad 3 bedroom condo, as you enter the split level design offers an entryway bench and coat rack to drop your gear from a gnarly day on the mountain. Make your way to the upper level and main living area with vaulted ceilings and kitchen, dining and living room.

The kitchen is nicely done with quartz countertops, a bar top with 4 barstools and fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker and toaster oven as well as everything else you would need to make the meals that will fuel you up for a day of adventures.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining table with seating for 6 and surrounded with windows that offer views to the ski slopes and chair lifts. Enjoy access to your very own private deck located off of the dining area with an outdoor dining table and propane BBQ to grill and chill outside. The deck is also the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee that you prepared at the coffee bar equipped with a Keurig, a Mr. Coffee maker and coffee mugs galore.

Also, for your convenience there is a washer and dryer located in a hallway closet to use during your stay.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
