This was just perfect for our family of 4! Willy was great and communicated with us before the trip setting up shuttles and a golf cart while we were there! The villa is on a cute quiet property with a nice pool and loungers. The VRBo is perfectly located to town where you could walk or we used a golf cart also. We loved it and will definitely come again!

We loved the location of this property! Just a short walk to the beach. The pool and patio were favorite spots for our family to be together. If you are lucky, you will see monkeys from the deck. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent communication with the property owner and manager. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, stocked with what we needed. Short walk to the beach. We found the surfing to be better towards the north end of the beach, but the entire beach was beautiful. We loved it stay!

Hosts immediately reached out after booking and provided a ton of information to help during our stay in Tamarindo. Willy, the local property manager, was excellent pre-arrival through the end of our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked with items needed for our beach days. Quick access to the beach is a huge draw to the place. You’ll find nearby cafes, surf lessons, and shopping to fill your time. The restaurant next door had a fantastic breakfast/lunch if you want to get away from cooking in the condo. On that note, plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, and skillets to cook up most meals. The grill outside was a nice thing to have as well. We used that for two huge meals, in addition to the oven/stove. AC units in each room quickly cooled the rooms each evening and made for a comfortable sleep environment after being out at the hot, humid beach all day. Kids loved having a pool downstairs from the condo and we closed out most days with a dip there. Overall, great place to stay where Tamarindo transitions into Langosta. Not as bright and lively as the city center (but close access) and not as sleepy and quiet as Langosta. A great mix of the two. We’d stay here if and when we return to Tamarindo.

This property is just as advertised. Everything you need is there. If it matters (it does for us) the dinnerware, cutlery and wine glasses even matched. Location is excellent, 50 meters from the beach access, close enough to the attractions that you can walk yet far enough away from the noise and hustle. Evenings were quiet so you can enjoy sitting out to wind the day down.Syd and Lynn were absolutely amazing hosts. I don’t think you could find nicer people who actually care that your stay is everything you wished for. Fortunately for us they were there at another of their properties while we were there so we had the pleasure of meeting them. We had an issue with the bbq and they said we would have a new the following day, it was delivered by 1:00 PM and Syd was there to ensure we were happy. Syd & Lynn invited our family to their penthouse the following night to have a cocktail and watch the sunset which was utterly amazing. The hospitality was second to none and the penthouse……. WOW!!!If ever you are considering Tamarindo you cannot go wrong with this property, absolutely awesome!Regarding the hosts, second to none!!

Great property for our family of 5. Easy and quick access to the ocean, and added bonus of a pool. Perfect location close/walkable to downtown, but not in the noisy mix. Very nice restaurant next door
