This is a great house! Rooms are big and beds are comfy! Kitchen has got everything you could need, decorations are very nice! Right next to Rosemary Beach, Seagrove , so everyone could walk to everything. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evening.

Great Thanksgiving week stay!

Big Panda had everything we needed for a great family trip, including cooking a big meal on Thanksgiving Day. Perfect for walking to Rosemary and Alys Beach for all the holiday fun as well. Spacious and comfy.

GREAT FAMILY TRIP

The property was perfect for our trip, and we had a great time. The bunk room upstairs served us well, and the location was very close to all the shops and restaurants. We made some great memories!

We had a wonderful stay at this Rosemary Beach property and would gladly return! The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything we wanted to enjoy on 30A. The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for both the number of adults and the ages of the children in our group.The owners were exceptional to work with—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. They graciously allowed us an early check-in due to our flight schedule, which made our travel day so much easier.During our stay, we did encounter a few cockroaches and noticed that some of the towels had a mildew smell. Given the Florida climate, we understand that these things can occasionally happen, but wanted to mention them for future improvement.Overall, we are very grateful for our stay and the hospitality we received. We made wonderful family memories here and hope to return to Rosemary Beach and 30A again soon!

Our cleaning team identified the culprit as the rubber seal in the washer and bleached it. As for the cockroaches, we do have Brock pest control every month and haven’t had any issues reported until now. I wonder if the rains the week you stayed had anything to do with it. In any case, we’re so glad you had such a wonderful experience at Big Panda.

Spring Break Stay

We really enjoyed the house. It was the perfect location. Loved how it was walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants, shops. Beds were comfortable as well. Our only suggestion would be more wine glasses (there were only 2).
