The Bunkhouse: The private 3rd bedroom houses another cozy Queen bed (sleeps 2).
The Family Room: Features a futon bunk bed (Queen on bottom, Twin on top) with privacy curtains that can be pulled closed (sleeps 2).
Bathrooms: A full bathroom plus a convenient half-bath (powder room) that includes a washer and dryer.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Be mindful of neighbors please. No loud parties after 10 pm and park in front of the cabin and or on the side of the bunkhouse. Fires out by 11pm.

If pets are not communicated prior to arrival an add'l fee of $100 will be charged. Property manager next door and will report any violation.

We had a wonderful time at Kenna's gorgeous home! Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The views of the river and mountains were stunning and the sound of the river was incredibly peaceful. We really appreciated all of her prompt communication and the little details at check-in, like leaving us a bottle of wine and some snacks. We'd highly recommend this property and would love to come back!

This is our 2nd time to this VRBO. We love it! It’s close to everything we wanted to do. And the outdoor space is fantastic. We especially loved the outdoor covered patio with the fireplace. And the night sky was amazing! It was so relaxing and just what we needed! We highly recommend this place.

Hello, I'm Kenna! Our family has called Parker, Colorado home for over 20 years, and Grand Lake has truly become our beloved second home. We fell in love with this area because it offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We designed our cabin to be the ultimate four-season launchpad. When we aren't busy back home, you can usually find us up here escaping to our own "Lil' Piece of Heaven." Depending on the time of year, we are out hiking, fishing, boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, mountain biking, skiing, sledding, or snowmobiling. More than anything, this cabin is our favorite place to host extended family and friends, creating memories that last a lifetime. We are so excited to share our home-away-from-home with you and hope it becomes a special place for your family, too!

We completely fell in love with the timeless, nostalgic charm of a 1960s Colorado cabin, but what truly stole our hearts was the location. Having the Colorado River flowing right through our backyard, watching the Never Summer Mountains change colors at sunset, and experiencing the thrill of daily wildlife encounters made it impossible to resist. This neighborhood offers a rare, peaceful slice of authentic mountain living where you can truly disconnect, yet you are still just minutes from the magic of downtown Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Front-Row Wildlife Watching: Because we are situated right on the water, the local wildlife loves our yard. Watching an occasional moose meander down to the river bank right outside your window is a common occurrence here—an unforgettable, bucket-list experience most folks never get to see!
