It was a beautiful cabin. The fireplace outside was perfect for grilling during the chilly nights. We got a beautiful thunderstorm show while we enjoyed the hot tub. There were so many activities in the cabin making it easy to occupy my children. My son and husband love fishing so being so close to the water was perfect!

House had everything you would need and more! My family really enjoyed our stay at this house as it had something for everyone. We used the grill and hot tub almost every day. The beds were comfortable and the house felt clean. I would recommend to anybody considering staying in this area.

Great stay in Grand Lake!

We really enjoyed our family's first visit to Colorado. Grand Lake is a bit remote, so there wasn't much to do (especially with our 4-year old), but we didn't mind. We did a lot of relaxing, sledding, using the hot tub, and watching movies. The house was really nice and spacious!

The place was very clean and well kept and there were many things to see in the area along with the beautiful views around the house. Grand Lake is our favorite place in Colorado. We love it so much for its proximity to water, Rocky Mountain National Park, great hikes, fishing, ski resorts, and so much more. Shadow Mountain Cabin is our family getaway and we like sharing it with our guests when we are not there.
