The Home:
Designed for comfort and connection, this modern mountain retreat features clean lines, natural textures, and thoughtful details throughout. With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, everyone in your group will have room to unwind and enjoy the views from every window.

Living Areas: Cozy up around the fireplace for movie night in the upstairs living room or head downstairs to the family room for foosball, darts or to catch your favorite game on the 75 inch TV.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and cookware. A large dining table offers plenty of space to share meals and memories.

Outdoor Living: Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy morning coffee, stargazing, or mountain sunsets around the fire pit. The space is perfect for outdoor dining and taking in Grand Lake’s iconic fireworks displays on holidays throughout the year.

Kid-Friendly Comforts: Families will appreciate the bunk beds, books, toys, and kitchen essentials for little ones. A Pack ’n Play and travel bassinet are also available.

During the winter months (November through March) we ask that all guests have a 4WD or AWD vehicle to ensure ease and safety traveling due to snowy mountain conditions and the home’s short dirt-road access.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off fireplace and be sure grill and fire pit propane tanks are turned off.
Remove all trash and food. Dumpster located at Haskell and W Portal Rd. A $75 fee will be assessed for excessive remaining trash that is not secured in dumpster.
Cleaning: Please note, our standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning. If the home is left in a condition requiring excessive or deep cleaning, additional fees will be assessed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. A cleaning fee of $250 (or more) will be charged if this policy is violated.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM These are enforced by the town of Grand Lake and the HOA
Remove all trash/food. Dumpster located at Haskell and W Portal Rd. A $75 fee will be assessed for trash not secured in dumpster.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! It's super convenient to walk to town, our little boys loved the foosball table and exploring all the rooms in the house, and the views from the second balcony are to die for. Lots of comfortable space for everyone and such a lovely home - thanks for sharing!
