The house was amazing and very clean ! They had everything we needed for our stay from toys for my son and a fully stocked kitchen. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because The hot tub was very nice when it did work we had to reset the breaker 3 times just for it to stay running and the host did not respond to the messages I sent them asking if there was room for a trailer and a late checkout .

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake! This house was one of the best stocked and kid-friendly rental homes we’ve ever had. Plus the location was perfect - close to the beach and downtown but not close to our neighbors. Highly recommend!
We loved the VRBO that we stayed in….it felt like home but with many extras! We loved the spa and all the windows in the house that we could look out at the beautiful scenery! This is one of our favorite vacation spots!
This is our 2nd stay at this home, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. They have everything you need to make your stay feel like you are at home. The only complaint we had, is that we should have booked it for longer :)
This was a very nice and well stocked home close to downtown Grand Lake. We used it for a short family reunion and it had plenty of room to comfortably accommodate both grandparents and grandkids! The crib, playroom and fun kids beds were a great bonus!
House has a lot of character and personality Great location and a perfect spot to spend time with family. Owner was awesome and let us schedule a meet and greet to open our family reunion. We even saw a bear.
We love Grand Lake
What a great location for a 60th birthday get away. We enjoyed the walk to the lake and all trails nearby that were appropriate for our wide age range. The kids LOVED the swim spa, playground and fun kids space upstairs.
Everythin we needed for a wonderful weekend was there.
Perfect home for us grandparents to spend time our daughters family. The girls loved the kids room, they are 6 and triplets are 3, each had their own bed and the play room was perfect! Plenty of space to
Cook And eat. The biggest hit was that swim
Spa hot tub!!
Great house for a large family. Fun for kids. Perfect proximity to village and hiking on the best side of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Christmas Vacation
This home was perfect for our family of 11 to spend Christmas. Having a Christmas tree in the living room was a bonus! There’s plenty of sleeping spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. The house is big enough that we never felt crowded. The kids loved the playroom and the swing set, toys, and sleds outside. The details and amenities were top notch. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Grand Lake in the future.
This property was a kid's dream come true. The adorable kids room with toys, the swingset and swim spa made our stay! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Location was close to downtown and very convenient. There were fireworks that night on the lake and we had a spectacular view. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories in Grand Lake.
The home was great and we had plenty of space for our family. The kids loved their sleeping quarters and the swim spa. The biggest downside was that we were unable to get into contact with Evolve or the owners during the stay. We reached out via text and email with no response.. There was no propane for grilling out, and there was a trash receptacle that wasn't emptied in the bathroom. Despite those minor issues we had a really great time and would definitely stay here again.

Response from VrboOwner on 24 August 2021
Hi Jessica, We're happy to hear that this vacation home was the perfect fit for your family! The homeowners strive to provide a truly 5-star experience for all of their guests, and they'd like to share the following:
- They and their cleaning team take pride in the cleanliness of the home, and they are sorry that one of the bathroom trash cans was missed
- They will make sure that back-up propane is available for upcoming guests
- We at Evolve are sorry for dropping the ball when you reached out
- Our teams are working 24/7 to help our guests who have been impacted by Covid-19, and our response times are delayed as we work through this crisis
We are glad that the owners and their local management team were able to answer your questions and help you with your late check-out, and we hope that you keep us in mind the next time that you visit Grand Lake!

Family vacation
I took my children and grandchildren for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time making magical memories!
The house was perfect for us all. Very comfortable and accommodating. The upstairs play room was so fun for my six grandkids - thank you for having all the toys. The outside play area was fantastic. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making somores by the fire pit. The dining table fit all of us for family meals. The family room was very comfortable and great for game nights. The swim spa was so relaxing.
It was great that we could just walk to town, which is so cute, everyone was so friendly. We went to a rodeo in Grandby, saw the most spectacular fire works show and then went back the next day for the 4th of July parade. Watched fireworks over grand lake that night from the deck.
We had a wonderful time exploring the Rocky Mountains and seeing all the wildlife.
We took the trail road over to Estes Park.
It was beautiful. We saw elk, moose, deer and a mother bear with her baby.
We also spent a day on Grand lake on s pontoon. All the people at the marina were very helpful and kind.
Our Grand lake vacation was fantastic!
While not quite the “luxury” house we thought we were renting, we really enjoyed our stay!
There was plenty of room for our group of 10. Main house bathrooms updated & very clean. Heated outdoor mats were great! Some very nice touches - good quality bath products provided, coffee & a variety of teas provided, well stocked & labeled kitchen cabinets. Lots of towels! Mattresses were decent. The kids room was awesome & had cool spaces to sleep. We appreciated easy to use TVs & streaming services after long days playing in the snow. Checkout instructions were very reasonable & easy to follow.
The half bath is very small and tucked behind the furnace and water heater in the garage. While functional, it is very out of the way & not updated. Available electrical outlets were sparse on main level.
Note to owner: we appreciated lots about this house, but a few things could be easily improved. Firstly, the exterior door handles on the main floor were extremely finicky to the point of being a safety hazard in case of a house fire. Replacing them would also go a long way towards a cohesive “updated” feeling as they seem extremely old. Cleaning items to improve: under beds and couches need at least a cursory sweep (we found 5 different socks from previous renters under beds and old candy under one of the couches), kitchen cabinet holds were visibly grubby from use. Chlorine level in swim spa was extremely high. Discolored a swimsuit, and two kids ended up with rashes.
Great clean place. Very close to downtown and other activities. Lots of room and the kids enjoyed the swim spa. I would recommend it to anyone!! Love the mountains!!
Home worked well for our family of 7. The home was well stocked with soaps, toilet paper, bug spray, toys, and games. We hiked nearby and enjoyed soaking afterwards in the pool while kids aged 6 and 10 played in it.
This was just as described and couldn’t have been better. Quiet, laid back and mellow. Great location and beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Hot tub was nice and the overall stay was excellent. The home has unique characters and it worked perfectly shot our family.
This place was a great location for access to easy hikes for my young kids. We loved the outdoor grill and fire pit. The spa hot tub was loved by all and a great treat after our hikes. We would come back.
Three generation trip. The bunk room was perfect for six kids ages 11-3. Gorgeous town and lake.
Hot tub was easy to use. Tons of kitchen seating.
Loved our stay!
I can't say enough for this delightful house. I had a big group of family including 5 children ages 5-12 and it felt like the place was built just for us. Easy 5 min walk into town but located in a secluded and private space. Kitchen is accommodating for large groups and well stocked. Lots of outdoor lounging space to enjoy the scenic views.

Excellent location
This house fit 10 of us easily. The hot tub was spacious and worked well. It was comfortably furnished and had some noticeable perks with tea and coffee provided as well as soap and shampoo. We could easily walk into town and 3 trailheads to RMNP are close by.
My main complaint is lack of AC and there were only a few windows that had screens for air flow. It was hot and stuffy and not all bedrooms had ceiling fans.
We all very much enjoyed the amenities and location of the house. It is easy to walk into Grand Lake and is about a mile from 3 different trailheads. The extras were noticeable… the soap provided, teas and coffee. The spa and outside areas were great.
The biggest downside to the house is that there is no AC. That would be ok if there were screens in the windows. Few windows had screens for air circulation and it got stuffy.
