Location of home was excellent. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park west entrance and all of Grand Lake. House was clean and as described. Hot tub was clean. Kitchen was well stocked and very nice.

If we could give 6 stars we would. Beautiful home and views. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The layout is extremely family friendly. Beautiful and comfortable outdoor furniture. Very clean. A. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable beds, great location close to town, the hosts were great and very responsive to our questions, we were able to have a dog with us, had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again! We loved the open kitchen/living room area.

The property was exactly as described, and was awesome. Beautiful deck with high-end table and chairs, and a wonderful view of the lake. We especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! We also enjoyed the large hot tub and huge beautiful fire pit! The house was spotless with a large kitchen, with a well supplied pantry that you have access to. It was also well equipped with all the toiletries, dish soap, paper towels, etc. which are not always included in rental properties. Our host was also very responsive to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable as well. All in all…a great place to stay!
