Perfect for family reunions and larger groups- ~~This Large home SLEEPS 17-19~~. Enjoy this amazing mountain retreat and make it a custom to return every year. We have a crib and a pack and play for infants...Enjoy this home with your loved ones in the serene surroundings of the Rocky Mountains and the beautiful nearby Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Events, such as small weddings, etc, are considered with additional fees- please inquiry.

Lovely winter wonderland

Janna was accommodating and kind and, best of all, incredibly responsive, even though we had to make a last-minute change with our reservation numbers over the holidays. The property itself was magical—covered with snow yet accessible, quiet and secluded but not far from everything Grand Lake has to offer. For our purposes, as college friends who’ve moved all over the country but still come home to CO for the holidays, it was a wonderful retreat for both our core group and the kids we ended up bringing along. Thanks again for such a wonderful memory, and if we decide to come back to Grand Lake in the future, we’ll be sure to check the availability of this property again!

Close to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain State Park. Loved the big porches on the front and on the back!

3 bears house in Grand Lake

Very nice house in the mountains, with lots of room for our family and friends. Janna was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect mountain family getaway

Excellent accomodation for our family gathering. Incredibly spacious, well furnished, very comfortable beds. Lots of games (table tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard table, bag toss, frisbee, baseball and more) added to the fun. Great decks with fire pit and grill. Host very responsive and attentive. We would absolutely stay there again! Thanks, Janna!

WE are thrilled to share this beautiful mountain home with others. It is our DREAM HOME Second Home, so we are very choosy on our guests and do a lot of vetting to make sure it is the right fit. The furnishings were part of the home and they are nicer than our residence home. This is not your typical "mountain Cabin", it is more luxury, but you still enjoy all of the amenities of luxury and be in Nature and the Rocky Mountains.

Why they chose this property

The location, it is very private, the amenities, the space, the views! Wildlife abounds and can walk over ridge to Shadow Mountain Lake. It feels very private. You do not see any neighbor's homes nearby.

What makes this property unique

It is a large home, but feels very cozy and homey. We love the furnishings and how nice everything is here. It has good quality stuff...EVERYTHING! We are 6 minutes from Downtown Grand Lake by car. Easy access to the home from Hwy 34.
