Villa au top. Emplacement dans les hauteurs avec une vue mer. La route pour y accĂ©der est impressionnante la premiĂšre fois mais si s’y habitue largement au bout de quelques jours et les gens roulent doucement. Villa trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, avec tout le nĂ©cessaire dedans. Nous avons surtout profitĂ© de la terrasse, trĂšs bien agencĂ©e. Piscine fraĂźche Ă  notre pĂ©riode, nous en avons pas beaucoup profitĂ©, mais trĂšs joli cadre, avec beaucoup de vĂ©gĂ©tation. La maison est vraiment bien situĂ©e, entre le diamant et les anses d’arlet ce qui permet de profiter de l’üle. Un grand merci Ă  Sandrine pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours inoubliables. SituĂ©e entre le Diamant et les Anses d’Arlet, la maison est superbe, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs confortable. Et quel calme ! Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, en pleine nature. La maison est trĂšs bien ventilĂ©e, nous n’avons mĂȘme pas utilisĂ© la climatisation pour dormir. Piscine, hamac, l’extĂ©rieur de la maison est aussi au top, parfait pour buller la journĂ©e. Aucuns soucis avec le chemin d’accĂšs. Merci beaucoup Ă  Sandrine pour son accueil et sa disponibilitĂ©. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s, cette maison ne procure que du bienĂȘtre ! Le retour fut trĂšs dur aprĂšs deux semaine au paradis

Wonderful spot for a family vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful spot! Everyone was very sad to leave after our two weeks were over. The owners went out of their way to be accommodating and we had excellent communication with them throughout the booking process. The person providing support on site was very helpful and checked in on us several times to provide information about gardener's visits, the pool cleaner and some to answer some questions we had. The house has every possible amenity - bbq, dishwasher, rice cooker, salad spinner, drying rack for clothes etc etc. We left some sandtoys and floaties + a few kitchen ammenities to pay it forward a little. The house was spotless when we moved in and was easy to keep tidy despite the expected chaos of three young children. For a stay of two weeks, it would have been nice to have had some extra sheets, towels and drying cloths available on site but we also could have been more proactive and asked for them and I know they would have been delivered right away. :) The pool is perfect for families -and is saltwater - so no yucky chemicals. We spent much of our time at the house in the outside living space and really appreciated the comfort of that area. It's quiet with beautiful views and we never saw a single bug during our stay (January). The house is in an ideal location for exploring the island and visiting the best beaches. Highlights for our family were the beaches at Salines, Dufour, Noire, Presqu'ile de la Caravelle (excellent hike up to the lighthouse and plantation ruins that our 4, 7 and 10 year olds tackled with no problems, even in the heat) and we loved our time at the black sand beach up at Grand'Riviere. Martinique is a wonderful place for a holiday. The best of the Caribbean culture and climate with European infrastructure, recycling and grocery stores! This house was the cherry on the sundae and I am so pleased that we booked it. I recommend it without reservation. Note too that the the owners have two (three? maybe?) other smaller houses with pools in the same area - all very private and separate - but would be ideal if you were travelling with another (smallish) family or grandparents and didn't want to be on top of each other. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. It was an absolute treasure to have booked this spot. Count yourself lucky if you get a chance to stay here!

Maison créole au top !

Maison extrĂȘmement confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, un patio ombragĂ© et trĂšs bien pensĂ© au bord de la piscine avec vue sur la mer au loin et les collines autour. Excellent sĂ©jour au milieu des colibris le jour et le chant des grenouilles. Sans oublier les oiseaux venant chercher pitance. chambres spacieuses et confortables. cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Salle de SĂ©jour qui est plutĂŽt un salon de mĂȘme. Une seule petite rĂ©ticence et il faut en tenir compte si vous louez une voiture: Le chemin peu carrossable qui y mĂšne. Nous avions une peugeot 208 qui a beaucoup souffert. Un SUV nous semble indispensable. L'accueil et le service de trĂšs haut niveau. La ville de Diamant est une petite merveille et nous conseillons les petits restos sur la plage derriĂšre le marchĂ© couvert oĂč Doudou Hermine vous fera profiter de la production de son jardin.

Une maison joliment amĂ©nagĂ©e et trĂšs confortable. On s'y sent trĂšs bien, elle est idĂ©ale pour 2 couples ou un couple avec 2 enfants (2 chambres sĂ©parĂ©s). On apprĂ©cie vraiment le salon extĂ©rieur et la vue sur la baie du diamant. La location est au calme absolu, mĂȘme en pĂ©riode de pĂąques nous n'avons pas Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnĂ©s par la fĂȘte que les locaux ne manquent pas de cĂ©lĂ©brer un peu partout dans l'Ăźle jusqu'Ă  des heures trĂšs tardives. La contrepartie est qu'on est Ă  10mn de tout commerce au diamant. Mais aussi Ă  10mn des Anses d'Arlet, oĂč sont sans aucun doute les plus belles plages de lĂźle, trĂšs typiques et prĂ©servĂ©es. L'Ă©quipement est vraiment au top de ce que l'on peut trouver, du grand confort en particulier pour la cuisine sur-Ă©quipĂ©e : on apprĂ©cie particuliĂšrement la lave linge et surtout le lave vaisselle, qui n'est prĂ©sent que dans trĂšs peu de locations. C'est presque un sans faute, cependant quelques petits dĂ©tails me font enlever une Ă©toile Ă  la note maximale : Si la dĂ©co de la maison est impeccable, elle n'en reste pas moins assez impersonnelle et un peu froide, ce n'est pas trĂšs couleur locale (certes affaire de goĂ»t). Il manque quelques petits rangements dans le sĂ©jour, de sorte que ça devient rapidement le bazar, notamment sur la table de salon. Enfin et surtout mĂȘme si c'est les Ăźles et tout est plus "cool", le formalisme de la location, sans aucun contrat Ă©crit, ne respecte pas les formes lĂ©gales ou mĂȘme usuelles. C'est sans consĂ©quences tant qu'il n'y a pas de problĂšme mais pourrait ĂȘtre un imbroglio inextricable en cas de gros pĂ©pin, y compris pour les propriĂ©taires. Editer et signer un contrat-type (mĂȘme par e-mail) ne serait pourtant ni trĂšs compliquĂ© ni trĂšs contraignant. En dehors de ces quelques dĂ©tails nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour formidable et nous recommandons cette location.

La maison est belle, moderne, trÚs bien aménagée et trÚs aérée : nous n'avons jamais souffert de la chaleur. La piscine est grande. La vue est fantastique cÎté mer et cÎté montagne. Le seul petit bémol : la route d'accÚs franchement pas facile.
