Hualalai Resort: Ground Level Villa by the Ocean

Hillside 1102 is nestled near the shore in the exclusive 5 Star Four Seasons Hualalai Resort. From the lanai, listen to the rhythmic waves on the shore, just a short walk from the Villa. Fully receding pocket glass, screen and shutter doors capture warm ocean breezes throughout the villa. What makes this Villa unique is its proximity to the white sand beach and its modern, contemporary style.

The unit is on the ground floor with 2 en suite bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room that look out onto the ocean, and a lanai/barbecue area that flows onto the grass and garden area.

Relax and enjoy the many options for entertainment, activity, and rejuvenation. Want to go for a swim? The Hillside community pool and hot tub is just across from the entry to your villa, or you can stroll to the beach in just minutes. Wanting to go out to eat? The Oceanfront Resident’s Beach House is just steps away, or choose any of the other four restaurants at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, lanai, flat screen television with Blue Ray/DVD player, en suite bathroom with shower and jet tub, and a private, outdoor garden shower. Walk in closet has a personal safe for valuables.

The second bedroom features can be configured with either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. It has a separate lanai and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Baby crib and highchair are available upon request.

The great room hosts a formal dining area for 6 as well as an entertainment area. This spacious area looks out over the shoreline and ocean, and features a 65” Samsung 4K HDR as well as Apple TV for streaming entertainment. We have complimentary high speed Wi-Fi (50 mbps) with an ultra security firewall to protect your data and information. Need to work while you are away? There is a desk and a color printer to accommodate your needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities a gourmet chef would request: dual ovens, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, and wine cooler.

The lanai features unsurpassed ocean and sunset views, the sound of the waves on the nearby beach, a barbecue, chair and chaise seating areas, shade or sunned areas, and large grass and landscaped area.

Just across from the Villa entrance you will find the Hillside community pool, hot tub, barbecue and entertainment area and chaise lounges. Relax poolside and enjoy the stunning mountain and golf course views.

GUEST PRIVILEGES AND RESORT FEES

Guests at this villa may choose whether or not to pay the additional fees in order to access the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort facilities.

Guests who do not pay Resort Fees will have access to the following amenities: Hillside Villas community pool, hot tub, and barbecue/entertainment area; Access to all beaches; Use of restaurants on property: Residents’ Beach House, Beach Tree Bar and Lounge, Hualalai Grille, ‘Ulu Ocean Grill, Hualalai Trading Company (note that during “Festive Season”, restaurants are available only to guests paying Resort Fees).

Guests who want to access the Resort facilities may choose to pay Resort Fees for all, or part, of your stay. When you pay Resort Fees, you will have access to additional resort amenities, as follows: Sports club (gym, lap pool, exercise classes); Spa; Jack Nicklaus golf course; Resort pools; Ocean activity center; Tennis club; Kids’ club; Restaurant reservations during Festive Season; Concierge assistance for reservations and activity recommendations. Fees per adult range from $65 to $250 per day, depending on the season.
