Nous avons passés un agreable sejour dans cette résidence effectuvement a 4mn de la plage de Sainte Anne, tout ce qu'il faut a proximité (carrefour express, traiteur, boulangerie, pharmacie...). L'appartement correspond parfaitement a la description, le propriétaire prend de temps en temps des nouvelles. Franchement TOP, je recommande a 200% cette location.

Superbes appartement et emplacement

Nous avons passé deux semaines à l’appartement avec deux jeunes enfants (3 et 5 ans).L’appartement est parfait pour une famille et entièrement conforme à sa description. L’appartement et les installations sont bien entretenus. La piscine est magnifique et l’accès à la plage du bourg est idéal (3-5 minutes de marche). L’endroit est calme et sécuritaire. À proximité et à courte distance de marche, se trouvent restaurants, marché, boulangeries, pharmacies, etc.En bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons chaleurement cette location.

Un petit coin de paradis

Site exceptionnel face à la mer, quelques minutes à pied de la plage du Bourg. Complexe d’habitation sécurisé, bel aménagement paysager et piscine à débordement très agréable. Appartement confortable et intime, et hôte sympathique et bienveillant. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, désirons y retourner!

Appartement et résidence au top

Superbe appartement, bien agencé avec l'équipement ménager complet. Idéalement situé en rez de jardin, avec son jardinet chaise longue, une vue mer. A 5 minutes à pieds de la plage du bourg, de la boulangerie, les commerces, les marchés. La piscine et la résidence très bien entretenues, l'accès au lagon génial. Je vous le recommande, c'est vraiment l'idéal.

Séjour chez Noël

Logement propre et très bien situé, nous pouvons aller au marché de saint Anne et marché nocturne à pied un marchand de fruits chez Love à côté de la résidence ainsi que la boulangerie. L’appartement est très sympa agréable à vivre, nous sommes restés 3 semaines avec mon frère et ma belle sœur, très belle piscine bien entretenue, nous reviendrons c’est sur. Noël est très à l’écoute

Sainte-Anne Guadeloupe vacation

The apartment has what my family need during our 3-week stay. The complex is gated, and the location is close to the supermarket, bakery and an awesome Gelato place. The apartment is walking distance from the beach, the view of the pool and ocean is 5-star. Noel the owner is very responsive and provided me with the information I needed for our family vacation. I do not speak French, but Noel and I used Google translate to communicate by email. I communication with Noel prior and during my stay therefore I felt welcome and comfortable with my booking. Eric is the property manager of the place, I also communicated with him using text. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Guadeloupe! Google Translate: L’appartement a ce dont ma famille a besoin pendant notre séjour de 3 semaines. Le complexe est fermé, et l’emplacement est proche du supermarché, de la boulangerie et d’un endroit génial Gelato. L’appartement est à distance de marche de la plage, la vue sur la piscine et l’océan est 5 étoiles. Noel le propriétaire est très réactif et m’a fourni les informations dont j’avais besoin pour nos vacances en famille. Je ne parle pas Français, mais Noel et moi avons utilisé Google translate pour communiquer par e-mail. J’ai communiqué avec Noel avant et pendant mon séjour donc je me suis senti le bienvenu et à l’aise avec ma réservation. Eric est le gestionnaire immobilier de l’endroit, j’ai également communiqué avec lui en utilisant le texte. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour en Guadeloupe !

Magnifique sejour

Nous avons passé un agreable moment dans cette résidence avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et un accueille chaleureux de Eric qui nous a donné des informations sur les différentes choses qu'on avait programmé de notre côté.Une propriété que je recommande tellement l'endroit est à couper le souffle et la sympathie de Eric et Noël le propriétaire..Tout se trouve à proximité et peut se faire â pieds entre le marché avec tous ces épices, lces fruits, la plage,le village artisanal,les commerces,...Nous avons adoré et nous avons circulé pour découvrir d'autres plages,le magnifique jardin botanique,les saintes,la plongée, la maison du crabe à le moule ( une tuerie le repas à 35€ avec rhum a volonté et les patrons super sympa)..C'etait paradisiaque notre séjour mais trop court😉🏖🌞🌡 Frederic

Perfect Vacation Domicile

Noel is a gentile host and the Check-in and -out with Eric went perfect. Beautyful Appartement in a small community. Everything as offered. The pool and the view to the sea is wonderful. Idéal famille avec enfant, proximité commerces et plages

Je recommande ! Très bonne communication de la part de Noël et arrivée très facile avec Éric qui nous attendait sur place ! Nous étions une famille composée de deux adultes et deux enfants de 5ans et 3ans et demi. L'appartement est propre, très fonctionnel (plein de vaisselle, super machine à laver, serviettes/torchon) avec plein de rangement dans la chambre et idéal pour des enfants puisqu'il se trouve au RDC. On peut donc accéder rapidement à la piscine via la terrasse ! En revanche, pour les amoureux de la vue mer vous risqueriez d'être un poil frustré. La clim dans les chambres est idéale pour chasser les moustiques (peu présent globalement) et dormir au frais ! Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bains très bien. Super machine à laver le linge avec des cycles court qui sont bien pratiques. Frigo américain avec eau filtrée réfrigérée bien agréable. La résidence est propre, belle et idéalement située à 5mins du centre ville et de la plage. Il vous suffit de longer la mer sur un sentier un peu rocailleux (facile pour notre plus jeune !) et on arrive rapidement sur la plage de saint anne qui est très jolie (mais très fréquenté pendant les fêtes de fin d'année). Vous pourrez y déjeuner sans souci et vous régaler avec un poulet boucané. Plein d'autre plages/anses accessible en voiture beaucoup plus désertiques et tout aussi magnifique. Bref n'hésitez pas à réserver !

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet appartement situé à Sainte-Anne, avec une très belle piscine et une vue sur le lagon imprenable, propriétaire très agréable et disponible, de très bonnes vacances nous y retournons sans hésitation !
