I am very surprised by what you wrote which is incorrect. The bedroom has fully blackout exterior wooden shutters that simply need to be closed!!! The sheets are either cotton sateen or polycotton, I don't see how they can be rough, you are the first customer to make such comments to us. For suitcases, a whole space is provided in the room which is 25m2 not to mention the huge wardrobe made entirely available to customers. What more is needed??? I gave you a rating of 5 despite the fact that you didn't pay the balance of your reservation which was to be made on May 27, 2024. I had to follow up with you the day before your departure from our apartment for payment to be made. carried out without any word of apology from you. I really think that you were upset by this reminder for non-payment and that your comment is revenge. Not very respectful, what do you think?

Following your numerous negative comments, here are our responses: - The apartment has a perfectly adequate work surface for cooking, I remind you that it is a 2-room apartment of 60m2. - The apartment is equipped with different types of knives including sharp knives. - We provide all the cleaning products and toilet paper that we have made available to you and we are not required to give you detergent for your laundry, which we do however free of charge. - Regarding your arrival, we do not provide transportation for customers to the apartment, however we kindly offered you an exceptional service to pick you up from the station, you did not respond until the arrival day before your arrival. We managed to find you a driver at the last minute and you tried not to pay the price we had agreed. I thank your partner who did not wish to go your way. - For your departure at 5:50 a.m., you asked me as naturally as possible to provide a vehicle with driver at your disposal. I remind you that we are simply renting an apartment, we are not a taxi. Furthermore, given your behavior in paying for the outward journey, I assure you that we were not going to make the slightest effort. If you want all these services, from now on I invite you to travel through a travel agency which takes care of everything or to book a palace, you still have to be willing to pay... - You decide to leave two days earlier than planned and you have the audacity to ask me for a refund, you are the first customer who dares to take such a step!!! In summary, we would have liked you more if you had been more respectful towards our staff, we could no longer put up with your tantrums, everyone was relieved that you left.
