With its breathtaking view of the village, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool from June to September as well as a table tennis table, a pétanque court, a trampoline, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
The single storey house is composed of 3 bedrooms, one with shower room and WC, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living room, dining room, a cellar and an independent wc.
Parking is easy.

Fantastic accommodation located in a tranquil location overlooking the pretty village. The accommodation is clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, offering home from home amenities and benefits from multiple outdoor locations to optimism the day for relaxation. There is also areas for entertainment with table tennis & pétanque being available and the gorgeous pool, perfect size for a welcome dip. Fantastic hosts who were really responsive to any request pre & during stay. It is approximately a 20 minute walk to the village which is highly recommended with a local market, a few bars & resturants & grocery store. The villa location enables you to take a visit into the stunning countryside to visit the natural gorges or head south to the coast to visit the beautiful sandy beaches.

Très beau séjour.

Nous avons retrouvé dans cette villa, tous les critères que nous cherchons pour nos vacances. Calme, espace, villa fonctionnelle, piscine agréable et ensoleillée toutes la journée, espace extérieur bien fleuri, vue dégagée sur le village de Callas et ses environs, sans pour autant avoir des vis-à-vis. Nous avons pu passer de merveilleuses soirées au bord de la piscine, les moustiques n'étant pas au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons cette villa.

In Callas stimmt einfach alles!

Kommunikation: Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief größtenteils über die FeWo App was sehr einfach und schnell war. Sie war immer freundlich und gab gerne zu allen unseren Fragen Auskunft. Vor Ort haben wir dann per Whatsapp kommuniziert, was auch super einfach ging. Auch die Haushälterin konnte man per Whatsapp erreichen. Haus/Anlage/Interieur: Das Haus ist eigentlich einfach zu finden, man denkt bei der ersten Anfahrt lediglich, dass man falsch ist und da nichts mehr kommen kann, da die Straße steil den Berg hinaufführt und immer schmaler wird. Aber am Ende der Straße liegt das offene, top gepflegte Gelände mit dem wunderschönen Haus und der grandiosen Poolanlage. Der Pool ist gesalzen und riecht daher nicht nach Chlor. Die Terrasse um den Pool ist phantastisch. Man kann tagsüber am Tisch im Schatten sitzen, oder auf den Liegen im Schatten liegen. Abend kann man dann den Sonnenunterrgang auf den Loungemöbeln genießen oder ein Boulespiel auf dem eigenen Bouleplatz mit Ausblick auf Callas wagen. Das Haus ist geräumig, schöne eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles. Vom Austernmesser bis zum Tischtennisball, von der Salatschleuder bis zu Pastisgläsern. Es ist einfach alles da! Die meisten Räume haben eine Klimaanlage, die wir aber kaum verwendet haben, da das Haus recht kühl bleibt, auch wenn es draußen 38 Grad hatte. Infrastruktur: Callas ist ein wunderschöner kleiner Ort mit einer Bar, mehreren guten Restaurants, einer tollen Ölmühle, super Bäcker, einer Essigmanufaktur und einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen, in dem man die meisten Grundnahrungsmittel bekommt. Den Rest holt man sich auf den Märkten in der Umgebung oder man fährt in die 20 Minuten entfernten großen Supermärkte. Zusätzlich bietet Callas noch ein tolles Weingut, in dem man sehr freundlich von der Eigentümerin bedient wird. Samstags ist Markt in Callas, den man nicht verpassen sollte. Umgebung: Die Schlucht von Verdon ist ca. 1 Stunde Autofahrt entfernt und auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. St. Tropez ist ca. 45 Minuten entfernt. Grasse ebenfalls. Die Straßen sind ein wenig hügelig, da die Landschaft um Callas recht ursprünglich ist, was uns extrem gut gefallen hat. Eine Fahrt nach Bargemon und Claviers lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Wir waren in unserem Urlaub sehr glücklich in Callas und freuen uns bereits jetzt schon, wenn wir wieder hinfahren können.
