Happy at IRB

Condo was great with an amazing view of the ocean and was quiet and family oriented. Had all the needed amenities and beach gear. Beach was beautiful with great sunsets. Loved our stay and would definitely go back again!

Location is GREAT, but....

The location of this property was great, but many little issues within the condo need addressed. The balcony windows had one that was busted and being held up with duct tape, and they put painters tape on the windows to let you know which one to open, but it obscured the beautiful view. Finally, it was very frustrating to book on VRBO, but to be contacted by VACASA, another rental agency, for details. The VACASA people were not helpful, made things feel very impersonal, and do not seem to be managing the property well in our opinion.

Good location but unit needs major updating.

Good location and nice views of the gulf and sunsets. The interior of the unit , including tile floors, are worn out and need major updating. Hopefully the new owner will update the unit sooner than later.

Beautiful view

First of all, this was, indeed, the cleanest condo that I have been to in a while!! Beautiful view! Beds were too soft and lumpy for us, but wonder condo! Close to elevator. Pool was warm!! 😊
