While we appreciated the private elevator, the beautiful view, and direct beach access, we encountered several issues that left us feeling a bit disappointed with maintenance in the apart 3 out of 7 days. The condo does need some TLC which I have shared so hopefully these are addressed. The 1 free ticket activities was a nice perk we utilized, but couldn’t maximize them due to one of the boat company’s dock repairs.

the condo was super clean and loved the elevator and the closeness to the water. The view was amazing especially the sunsets. The condo was well stocked with everything we could need except a beach umbrella would've been nice. We did rent a beach package thru xplorie which was easy to use and convenient. the location is great, too, easy drive to and from the airport. Could not have been happier except maybe the matresses in both bedrooms could've been more comfortable and the master bathroom could use a remodel but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. We talked about visiting again next year!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed this spacious condo. The private elevator was excellent; we used it every day. The designated parking spot was much appreciated. We complied with the request to leave the a/c at 72 degrees, but would have liked it lower. The noise from other units was disturbing, but understandable. The kitchen was adequately furnished; guest bathroom was very nice.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay here. The beach was so close and easy to get to along with the grocery store and several restaurants. We even got to meet some of the owners of the other units at the pool who were super nice and friendly.

Great location

The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance, making it very convenient.The unit features a private elevator, which had some issues during our stay, but it was repaired within a day. While the interior feels a bit older and slightly tired, everything functioned well, and honestly, you'll want to spend most of your time enjoying the beach or the pool anyway.There was some initial confusion with the elevator keys, but the host was very responsive and that was resolved in about 30 minutes. The building can be a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t anything unmanageable.Overall, this unit is ideal for a family with two kids, and we’d happily stay here again!

Sea Isles #M in Indian Rocks Beach

The condo had the most amazing view. We could plainly see people on the beach from the couch. There was a private elevator that took us from our car to the balcony of the room and back down to the pool area (heated) right off of the beach. The beach was clean and the water was clear. The beach had nice shells everywhere and it was never crowded. The area had several good restaurants to eat out. We had a great time!

There were many things about the condo that we liked. The location and picture perfect view were outstanding. Unfortunately the living room furniture was so uncomfortable we couldn’t wait to get home. All of the furniture needs to be updated.

The condo is right on the beach, with a balcony to help make the most of the location. There is an elevator that opens right on the balcony. Clean & comfortable. While a little dated & worn, it is a great value

Location is great but condo is not

Location is great ,communication with manager very fast and helpful but this place needs on update , showers is gross , master bed is broken .Bed frame holds on 5 books. Kitchen cabinets looks broken. Towels very old and had stains , couches very dirty. I wish I can add pictures of the place or owner needs to update pictures of the place .no bed sheets for living room sofa sleeper . Towel bar in master bath is barely holding to the wall. Ocean is beautiful. Definitely will be back but not in this unit .

March 2023 in IRB

We have stayed at numerous placing in IRB and will continue coming back. We love IRB! This was the first time we stayed in this condo. My 3 star rating is based on comparisons to other places I've stayed in IRB. The good... Right on the beach and a good location. Easy walking distance to Guppies and several other restaurants and bars. The elevator makes getting stuff in and out really easy. The kitchen seemed well equipped though we didn't cook anything but breakfast. The master bed was comfortable. The bad... In general the place is dated and could use an update. The balcony has a great view but it's very small. A ramp from the elevator to the floor takes up about 1/3 of the usable space. There were only 2 cheap plastic chairs on the balcony. There are 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that are pretty rickety. My 6'-4" son in law said he thought they were going to collapse when he rolled over. There are some beach chairs but they were hidden in a closet in the 2nd bedroom that was blocked by one of the beds. We discovered them on the last day by accident. When they say self supplied, they mean it! There were some basic starter supplies but they were limited. No sponge, no dish rags. Lots of coffee filters including the ones we left. The washing machine didn't work while we were there but the next folks will have a new one! Lots of noise from the unit above.

2021 Summer Vacation

This condo was ok. The positives: the location was nice, the condo was spacious, the beach access was great. The parking was good with plenty of space. My family did have a great time, however, it is worth noting the cons: First of all upon our arrival the Wi-Fi was not working. The network was not coming up at all. I did troubleshoot and it didn't work. I didn't care the first 2 days as we were kind of checking out of realty. I ended up having work to do and needed the Wi-Fi. It took 24 hours to get a response from management so I had to leave and go somewhere else to work ( which was very aggravating), when someone finally called they basically said oops we didn't give you the update information, so again super frustrating. The couch was pretty bad, the ice dispenser doesn't work, all the appliances were a little janky.. The balcony is very small. Truthfully the whole condo needs updating. The beds in the spare room were as cheap as they could get. I was expecting a little nicer quality. My MAJOR complaint was when I came inside from the beach (by myself) I saw two males on my balcony. This was very alarming. After I got the courage to ask them what was going on they said they were the property managers checking out the balcony as they would be redoing them. UMMMMM a nice email or call would have been nice. I have nothing to hide but when two strangers walk into a place you are renting with no notice its very unprofessional and extremely inappropriate. It def made me feel uncomfortable and I did panic at first. Total invasion of privacy. Had they have gave me a heads up I would have not cared on bit. Despite all the negatives we truly had an amazing trip! We will be back to the area but definitely not these condos.

Perfect spot

Great spot to be in! Within walking distance of restaurants and ice cream. Right on the beach! Pool was never packed. Only downside was parking was tight in the marked spots and the bathroom in the main room smelled after a few days due to drainage. Overall would still recommend as you could park in the guest parking!!

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. A few things that would have been a nice touch, i.e.; hooks behind the hall bathroom door, a box of tissues in both bathrooms, hangers in each closet to hang skirts and dress slacks. The closest door in the master bedroom was off the hinge, would have been nice if that was fixed before we arrived. The furniture in the family room area was very comfortable and the lighting in the condo was good. The very small TV in the bedroom was replaced after Diane had a conversation with the owners. Thank you for taking care of that so quickly. The people in Unit #N had a dog that barked a lot. Every morning we could hear the dog barking, that was disappointing. We had a great vacation and hope to return next year. Thank-you!

The location was amazing. The condo was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable but the pillows were flat and worn. The couch was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was rusty and worn. There was a lot of noise from the next-door condo as well as the condo above.

Nice location and view

The area, beach and restaurants are great. Pool is nice and heated. The condo needs updates especially the furniture, very uncomfortable, and bathrooms. Kitchen dishes are sparse.

Beautiful view

The check in instructions weren’t clear and the elevator keys weren’t we they were listed. The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and cheap…one had a big hole in it. No soap by any sink. No salt. The sofa is worn out and very uncomfortable. The view is beautiful. The location is great. The layout of the condo is nice.

Love the concept of Property

Love to quaint feel of this property. Like to stay at smaller properties & not big condos. Super easy & close access of beach. Furniture & unit needs major updates & repairs. One bed in guest room seemed broken it sagged so bad. Ceiling fans are so old the blades droop & were afraid to use them. Lots of damage to walls & cabinets etc. No soundproofing between floors so upstairs neighbors were extremely loud & noisy. Nothing that couldn’t be dealt with & would stay again.
