We had the best time! The view was amazing & the closeness of the pool & ocean were a huge hit! There were some minor things that could be updated, but nothing major! We would definitely revisit!

We had an amazing time at the condo. Great location on the beach!! The views are something from a postcard!! Will definitely stay here again on out next vacation!!

The view from the room of the gulf was amazing. The condo itself had some issues. The condo was on the top floor and the entire time we were there they were cutting up and replacing the roof. Starting at 7:30 in the morning multiple days. There was no sleeping once they started. The pool was closed on multiple occasions due to roofing materials falling. One afternoon a worker hit on the roof so hard it broke through the ceiling and wall in a bathroom. There was additional issues with palmetto bugs that we tried to get resolved quickly but it took four days for the property manager to come and do anything. We left two days early and moved to a hotel so we could get some sleep and be bug free for a couple of nights.

Absolutely amazing!

My family and I loved this condo. It’s convenient to the beach, local eateries and some local shopping. It’s quiet and offers everything that one would need, especially amazing views of the beach. We will definitely return!

Outdated Room

The unit was very spacious but needs updating. Limited utensils in the kitchen. The couches were extremely low and therefore hard to get out of. The view was awesome and the property was very well maintained.

Happy Fiddler condo in Indian Rocks Beach

While I agree that the furniture needs to be updated as previous reviews indicated, the condo is very large, lots of room with 2 master suites, large living room and kitchen is great! The view of the beach is Amazing! I spent a lot of time walking out the back gate to the beach on walks. There is also an excellent view of the Intercoastal with a park to fish across the street! The location is perfect! We will be back!

Beautiful views

The property was great for the price and location. It could use a few small touches to make it better. Dish washer not pinned so leaned forward when loaded and pull out mattress springy. Carpet in bad condition but otherwise very clean and the view was spectacular.

Indian Rocks Beach

Had a great time at a very roomy condo. All was as advertised. Pool was easy to get to and beach area just beyond. Everything was fine except the sofas need replaced. Any problem we had was immediately handled by the ITrip team. The biggest problem was the elevator which was not always operable. There was continuous work being done to keep it going. All in all a great location. Some wonderful nearby restaurants.

Second Time as Good as the First!

This was our second time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and this particular condo. It was just as great as the first time. This time my entire family came with us - parents, brothers, niece, nephew, and my children. We rented a second condo to accommodate all of us. We all had a great time. The views from the place are amazing! The sunsets are even better! We were all able to walk to the restaurants in town for dinner and drinks. Weather was perfect. I can't say enough about the condo, the location, the town, the bars and restaurants, the beach, the weather, etc. It's absolutely perfect. Give us another couple of years and we'll probably be in touch again about coming back for a 3rd time!

We really enjoyed the location. However the rental unit needed upgrades. The lighting was dim, there were no sheets for the sofa bed. The beach chairs were flimsy and there was no cooler. We ended up purchasing a small red cooler which we left there for future guests. Also, the shower curtain rod in the first bathroom fell down, and the dishwasher was not securely attached. The carpets were dirty and there were holes in the walls and the flooring was separating.

Location, location. This was our 2nd time in this condo. Needs a little touching up, but very comfortable. The view from the living room is unbelievable!!! And talk about being on the beach, you can't get much closer. The pool is really nice. You have 2 grills to use. It's close to restaurants, grocery store. Management was fast to respond to my questions very helpful. We definitely will be back next year!!

The pictures don’t do it justice. The condo was huge and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beautiful town and all the residents that live there are friendly. Diane with ITrip, really went above and beyond for me and my family. I highly recommend this place, very family friendly. Will definitely be booking it again!

Happy Fiddler #402

It was all practically exactly the same as it was 5 years ago when we stayed there with family This stay was only the wife and I and we enjoyed ourselves immensely The beach got busy on the weekend as expected But We believe there were a few locals that used the parking convenience and used the beach We still had a great time and it helped a lot that we had been there before Almost like locals ourselves now lol We did discard the 2 red beach chairs after taking them down to the beach and finding out that they were already broken Sorry for not saying anything till now about them But Didn’t figure you wanted them back up in the laundry room for someone else to possibly get hurt on All in all a great time and the cost only went up around $300 If I recollect from 5 years ago Thank you and hopefully it won’t take us another 5 years to revisit Thanks again John & Susie Ohio
