Just 200 yards from the beach and pier, this classic coastal condo is a beautiful place to enjoy a San Clemente vacation. Furnished and decorated with your convenience and comfort in mind, this one-bedroom vacation rental offers a beach-themed space with a ceiling fan to spread the ocean breeze through the room - a perfect backdrop to your Southern California vacation. There's also an HDTV with cable and a DVD player for relaxing movie nights. On the patio, you will find a shaded dining table to seat four, as well as two lounge chairs. Spend some time soaking up the California sun! This home has ceiling fans for cooling, and as it is so close to the beach, it usually catches a gentle ocean breeze.

Location fabulous with a short walk to the pier. Comfortable bed. No coffee cups were in the condo.

Broken things still broken

While this is not the first time I stay here becuase I like the property and location, the things I pointed out last time as broken (like the dryer, lounge chairs and lights) are still broken, even after I wrote in about them. In addition while customer service is always very polite, they can do very little in terms of flexibility in helping other than repeat the rules. Cleaning however is excellent.

While property management was rigid with rules and not particularly helpful other than reinterating what was and wasn't allowed, the space itself was great. Clean, quiet, nice linens etc. Will return!

Nice place, nice house, really value for money

Short trip with my family. I like the place San Clemente. I found this house in Vrbo site. Really value for money and really like this house and location very close to the pier. Next time will be back for sure.
