I'm afraid to tell you this...

For fear that this rave review drives demand, making it harder and more expensive for me to book next time. In seriousness, Julienne is a terrific property manager with high quality properties in his portfolio. We aim to book with him every year we visit Cannes. He's responsive and takes pride in his apartments--well maintained, clean, thoughtful touches like water in the fridge and coffee. This apartment, specifically, is conveniently located. The 3br and 3ba made it easy for three adults to stay there. Note that one toilet is in a separate room (acting as a .5ba). The other two are en-suite. Great decks/terraces. Elevator is helpful. The address on google maps is a tough one so it's easier to put in the name of one of the businesses on the first floor when it's time to meet/get the keys.
