Very nice cozy apartment just renovated, ideally located 30 m from La Digue de Wimereux, 50 m from the beach and 5 min walk from all shops, in a quiet luxury residence on the 3rd floor with lift.
Free WIFI connection.

This apartment has:
                                                           - A beautiful bright living room of 16 m² including a modern fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave Oven, Induction hobs with extractor hood, Oven, Toaster, Senséo coffee maker with coffee pods provided and Kettle with organic tea bags provided) and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a TV cabinet and a large screen TV, as well as a teak coffee table. This living room gives access to a 5 m² balcony facing south from which one can admire a beautiful open sea view. A table, chairs and deckchairs are available for outdoor dining on this balcony.

- A pleasant room of 10 m² with a sea view also, a double bed 1.40m * 1.90m with good bedding, 2 bedside tables with driftwood lamps, a chest of drawers and a dressing room to store your personal belongings.
It is possible to move the TV in the room.

- A 4 m² shower room with a beautiful 1.80m * 0.80m shower space (adjustable shower head and shower), a basin with light mirror and storage, a half-column for storage above the toilet and a comfort towel radiator.

Schönes Appartment mit Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im schönen Wimereux sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Strandpromenade, gute Restaurants jeder Kategorie und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen, trotzdem ist es ruhig. Sollten wir wieder nach Wimereux fahren, würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Die Wohnung ist gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Induktionsherd, Pfannen, Töpfe, Schüsseln...Wir konnten unsere Mahlzeiten problemlos zubereiten. Das Bad ist klein, aber funktionell, das Bett schmal, aber bequem. Durch das große Fenster zum Balkon ist alles angenehm hell. Kontakt zum Vermieter klappte in Englisch hervorragend. Nähe zur Promenade, zu verschiedenen Lokalen und zu den Geschäften ist super. Gerne wieder!

Tolle kleine Wohnung für Paare

Wir haben Ende September in der Wohnung eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Strand ist traumhaft und die Lage perfekt. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen, Wimereux ist ein sehr schönes Städchen mit allem, was man täglich benötigt ebenso wie auch zum flanieren und eignet sich zudem prima als Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung an der Küste zu entdecken. Herr Anquez hat sehr schnell und unkompliziert auf jede Mail geantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Simone P.

L'appartement est propre, moderne, fonctionnel et aussi très agréable. Le balcon exposé sud avec vue dégagée et vue mer est un vrai plus. Situé dans une petite résidence calme, il est à 2 pas de la plage et de la digue ainsi que proche de la rue commerçante. Idéal pour séjourner à Wimereux même quand le soleil se fait désirer. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil "à la carte"

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Propriétaire très attentionné envers ses locataires. Appartement extrêmement bien situé avec balcon idéalement exposé (plein sud) et proche de la digue. Literie très confortable notamment le canapé-lit. Très belle et grande douche italienne. L' équipement (cuisine, télévision etc....) est d'une très grande qualité. Très jolie décoration!!! FANTASTIC APARTMENT

We had a lovely long weekend at this apartment. The property is superb lovely kitchen ,good size bathroom and also the bedroom. It is all modern and spotlessly clean. Had lunch every afternoon on the balcony sheltered from the wind and really caught the sun and this was in march !! The owner M.Anquez went out of his way to meet us late at night and also when we left he came to see us off at 8 am. M.Anquez speaks perfect English and spent time showing us around the apartment when we arrived.I Would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again soon.

Excellente location pour 2 ou 3 personnes

Cet appartement refait à neuf est idéalement situé dans Wimereux, à 50m de la plage et à deux pas des commerces. L'orientation plein sud, avec balcon et la vue sur la mer, permettent des repas fort agréables en exterieur, même en cette fin d'hiver! Les propriétaires, très disponibles, ont fait en sorte de rendre leur location impeccable, très agréable et avec de petites attentions très sympathiques comme la présence d'une cafetière senseo ainsi que des dosettes idoines, d'une bouilloire et de doses de thé, d'une télé récente et d'un point d'accès internet, et surtout d'une très belle et grande douche! Je recommande vivement cette location à un couple, accompagné éventuellement d'un bébé ou enfant.

Location moderne et bien située !

Une location propre avec des équipements modernes et tout confort (sèche cheveux, Nespresso, vaisselle, congélateur, grande et belle douche...), ce qui est idéal pour passer un bon séjour. Très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied (centre ville et front de mer), c'est très appréciable ! Les propriétaires sont plutôt conciliants et réactifs à répondre si on a une interrogation. On a passé un excellent séjour lors du Réveillon, on était à trois avec notre bébé et la superficie était juste suffisante. Les propriétaires ont même proposé d'installer un lit parapluie dans la chambre, et nous ont demandé si la télévision était préférable dans le salon ou la chambre...Vraiment conciliants donc ! Je recommande chaudement cette location...qui est de plus à prix raisonnable de par son emplacement. Si on revient à Wimereux on saura où séjourner ! Encore merçi pour votre accueil !
