This multi-million dollar home is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. It is perfect for a family and sleeps a maximum of seven in beds (one king, one queen, one full, and one day bed). This villa is one of seven private villas on Cabbage Beach, one of the top 10 beaches in the world according to National Geographic. Visit our web site for a comprehensive set of photos.

The master bedroom is the pinnacle of luxury and features its own 42-inch plasma TV (with cable) and a custom designed, large bathtub that will easily accommodate two adults.

The living room is exceedingly comfortable and perhaps the most beautiful view from any beachfront residence on Paradise Island. It has a 50-inch plasma TV (with HD cable and DVR, including all HBO channels), iPod-friendly stereo, DVD, CD player, and premium speakers (indoor and outdoor).

Step outside onto the deck, and you will find six sunbathing lounge chairs and two tables that will accommodate seating for a total of ten people. The deck directly overlooks the beach and oceans. You could not get any closer to the ocean with any other rental on Paradise Island!

Excellent View!!!

We stayed in this villa for a week of sun and fun! The villa was newly decorated and spacious with lots of seating for our family of five adults and one child. The view was stunning and a quick walk to the beach. We had wondered about renting a car, but decided against it. Right decision - there is no GPS, one way streets, driving on the left, traffic circles, etc. Plus, the cab drivers were excellent ambassadors! The people were so friendly and welcoming! We will return!

Best Location on Paradise Island!!

This is by far the best location on paradise island. The walk to Atlantis and the casino is only 5 minutes and the beach and beautiful ocean is right out the back door. Between 9:00am and 3:00pm there are many people on the beach from the cruise ships but VERY few venture down to this part of the beach. Standing on the deck you can look to the left and see all of the visitors but the beach behind the villa and to right is left pretty much alone. The sand is soft and the water is absolutely gorgeous. We go to the beach often, usually in the Carolinas and you don't spend a tremendous amount of time in the water there due to the rough surf. Here, you can literally stay in the water for hours as there was little surf and the temp is like warm bath water. During the day there are many vendors with Jet Skis, Parasailing, Banana Boat Rides, Massage Tents, Drink Stations, Chairs and Umbrellas. They all stay pretty much to the left the villas but are close enough to grab if you want to use any of their services. They are not aggressive at all with their services. Violas is great and most of the other restaurants on paradise island and just over the bridge in Nassau are only a few minutes away by Taxi. Anthony's is a great restaraunt within a few minute walk from the villa. The villa was much better than expected with multiple refridgerators, ample sitting space, a wonderful deck. The pools were very nice and clean but we actually never used them. We rarely saw any of the neighbors. It was like having the entire complex to yourself. Audrey was absolutely wonderful. I don't think you can find a better place for the price anywhere!

The PERFECT spot to just sit and let the world go by...

Sunrise Beach Resort is perfect for any Bahama stay, especially a wedding gathering! My husband and I, along with our 4 adult children and 2 parents, spent 5 wonderful nights in this beautiful property. Most of our trips to new places consist of go-go-go, got-to-see-everything-plans, however, this villa was so comfortable that we actually spent the majority of our time just sitting and relaxing on the back deck - an absolute 1st for this family! Everything we needed was right in front of us, including massages on the beach. Since our return home, my family has been constantly telling everyone that it was the best mini vacation we have ever taken! While the wedding of our dear friends was the most exciting part of the trip, this villa was a close 2nd. The staff is great and Audrey is wonderful! We will definitely stay here again! (Hopefully, several more times...)

I visited this villa before it was listed on VRBO, back in 2008 or 2009 and my stay was excellent. Plenty of room for a family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. When I started planning a family trip for later in the year, I went searching for this place and am so pleased I found it. Although I have'nt been there in a few years, I can't wait to get back. The back deck has amazing views and is a great place to lounge. From there, you can be in the ocean in 30 seconds (my son raced me). Swimming pool is just out the gate. The accomodations were very comfortable and even the small details like having an outside shower to rinse your feet after being on the beach were a nice touch. The owner provided a name for someone that cleaned and cooked some wonderful ethnic meals for us during our stay. The conch fritters are to die for. Atlantis is a short walk either by street or beach. Paradise Island is named that for a reason with wonderful beaches, the Cloisters, a farmers market under the bridge, all within walking distance. Cabs are always available at Atlantis to bring you over the bridge to Nassau with lots to explore and places to stock the kitchen and bar. The people of the Bahamas may be the nicest in the world. Can't wait to get back!

Excellent choice!

My family of 6 with ages ranging from 10-69 spent 8 days and nights in this lovely villa in a nice development. It was perfect for us; a few feet from the ocean, a fun restaurant and bar on site, to town by cab for local folk and fare, and the Atlantis activities and excitement were a 5' easy walk away by road or beach. We spent a majority of our time at Atlantis for dining, water sports and the casino. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of just sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful view (it would have been much less expensive). Next time! The owner was wonderful and assisted us in many ways, including accommodating us a day early when we had to avoid an ice storm that would have delayed us arriving for 2-4 days. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the villa could use a little TLC. There was some TLC while we were there in the form of new curtains in the master bedroom and a new mattress or two. We would definitely return!

Great location on Paradise Island. Family friendly resort next door to Ocean Club overlooking the water. Fun vacation for our whole family. Water sports were available right on the beach and we did spend one day at Atlantis water park which was fun but very crowded. We rented the villa through Audrey and she provided us with a welcome package that was informative and helpful. She also gave us the name of a local lady who cooked several delicious meals for us . A great value since the restaurants are very expensive in Nassau. The staff at Sunrise Villa were pleasant and even helped me find a photographer to take some family photos. There was some construction going on while we were there but nothing major. A great spot for a memorable family vacation.

The villa was even nicer than I expected from the pictures. The view was amazing. Everything was comfortable and easy to enjoy. The small restaurant/bar on site allowed us to have a complete breakfast every morning with no cooking and no cleaning up. We were all totally relaxed after our trip and hated to leave. We look forward to coming back.

(The Ocean Club is immediately adjacent to the Sunrise complex.) This home is one of only four beachfront residences on Paradise Island that is situated between the Ocean Club and Atlantis. The terrace to the home has a stunning view of the ocean and is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The beach below is a choice spot for wedding ceremonies. The home is so close to the ocean that you can actually hear the soft waves while sleeping. You'll have the best sleep of your life in this home.
