Great rental

The rental property was exactly as described, very clean upon arrival and comfortable. In a great, quiet location with proximity to recreational opportunities. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Green Valley Studio

The property was clean, as advertised, and convenient for our purposes. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning on our day of arrival which was the hottest day, but this was not the fault of the host as it was an equipment malfunction. The host was very responsive when we called the next day and opened up an adjoining unit which did have A/ C and with the ceiling fan in our unit we kept cool.

needs a bit of love

Nice neighborhood. The soft furnishings could use an update, the blinds need to be replaced (broken strings and header clips) but the studio was very clean and tidy. The biggest negative was the amount of noise from the adjoining unit. We could clearly hear conversations, phone alerts, tv, food prep and consumption. If you rented the studio with the adjoining unit, I think you would be pretty happy!

Nice place

Great location: very nice neighborhood, quiet and close to shopping and food. Pool and hot tub within 30 yards of front door. Excellent golf course within 1/2 mile of condo.

Quiet Studio

Nice, clean studio perfect for a few nights in the southern part of Green Valley. Pool and hot tub within a minute walk and very clean. Canoa Ranch golf & restaurant close by.

Everything was as expected. We were happy the owners were close by and were happy to take care of a very small problem as soon as we called. It was just battery needed to be changed in smoke detector because it started beeping. We would be happy to rent from them again!
