The fully furnished home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as air conditioning. Guests will experience high-speed internet and WiFi connectivity throughout the casita. The attached garage fits 1 car and the home itself is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Green Valley Recreation District membership can be available during your stay, offering access to several pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and complex and more.

The Primary Bedroom has a king sized bed, two large closets, cable television, ceiling fan and full private bath with a walk-in shower. The room has a panoramic view of the Santa Rita Mountains with a sliding glass door that steps out into the private courtyard with sun coverage and breathtaking desert landscaping.

The Guest Bedroom includes two comfortable twin beds with optional mattress topper and sheet to create a spacious king bed. The room offers a personal desk and chair, oversized closet, private bathroom with tub and shower, ceiling fan and a view onto the courtyard. This bedroom can be sectioned off from the main area with a discreet partition for added privacy.

You will find that the casita offers a large Kitchen with skylights and a breakfast nook Indoor laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer.
