Bright apartment on the ground floor of a small quiet residence in the Urdazuri district, 6 place des Basques, completely renovated in December 2016. Bus shuttle in front of the residence.
Contemporary and refined decoration with parking behind the apartment. It consists of a living room with a large TV, the dining room and a kitchen with dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Gas central heating.
2 bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and each has its television. Cot for baby, ironing board and iron. The bathroom is spacious. Hair dryer.
Internet access included in the service.
All shops are near the residence: Carrefour Market, pharmacy, tobacco shop, restaurant.
The promenade which joins the center of St Jean is very pleasant with its boats on the Nivelle, its sports course and a playground for children. Chantaco golf course is a few hundred meters from the apartment.

L'appartement est calme, très lumineux, proche du supermarché et du centre ville. Propre et moderne, il est situé à quelques pas de la Nivelle et le salon donne sur le golf de Ciboure. J'ai adoré ! Quant à Henriette, la propriétaire, c'est une femme délicate et très sympathique : tout était parfait !

Appartement propre et très bien situé, à la fois calme et à 15 mn du centre à pied. Accueil très cordial de la part de la propriétaire. Il y a ce qu’il faut comme vaisselle, et comme appareils ménagers, mais un peu juste en nombre pour les bols par exemple. Heureusement, le lave-vaisselle est là. Le seul vrai reproche serait le manque de rideaux dans les pièces à vivre. Les curieux peuvent voir ce que vous mangez ou ce que vous regardez à la télévision.

Un lieu agréable malgré les défauts énoncés dès le départ par la propriétaire. La connexion internet est très bonne, l'équipement de cuisine globalement bon, les lieux sont plutôt propres et bien entretenus. L'environnement est également assez agréable : environ 1 km à 1km 500 m des centres villes, un Carrefour Market à deux pas, la Nivelle quasiment en face.

Appartement très bien placé. Ville de Saint Jean de Luz rejointe en seulement 10 min. Facilité pour se garer. Bon agencement de l'appartement qui le rend spécieux et agréable à vivre. Propriétaire agréable Petit bémol : attention à la vérification du ménage de location en location, appartement très peu nettoyé à notre arrivée. Attention également à l'humidité de la salle de bain qui provoque des remontées d'odeur désagréables dans la plus petite chambre.
