This lakeside home is air-conditioned and filled with natural light, offering amazing views and an expansive deck complete with patio furniture and a gas BBQ.

Step inside to find a spacious living room designed for comfort, featuring ample seating for your entire group. Enjoy family movie nights by the cozy gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring a gas countertop stove and a wine cooler among its many amenities. On the first floor, you'll also discover a family room outfitted with a large smart flat-screen TV and a vintage 9-foot pool table—perfect for friendly competitions!

The first-floor king master bedroom boasts a private entrance to the back deck, plenty of storage, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom features a large dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with safety handles, making it ideal for those with limited mobility.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The Spruce Room includes a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a desk, making it perfect for remote work. An adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared with the Aspen Room, which also features a queen-size bed, desk, ceiling fan, and a small TV with cable. Wonderful home in idyllic location with beautiful views of the lake, golf course, and forest. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Well-appointed kitchen. Convenient walking trails. Daily visits from deer were a highlight! Perfect home for our family reunion. Would love to stay again.

Unfortunately we had to wait outside approximately 30 minutes while the home was still being cleaned. Upon entering the house we found crushed chips between the couch cushions and crumbs of some sort on the couch cushions. The washing machine was dirty inside with hair and lint.The home is absolutely stunning and I found myself out back every morning and evening in awe of the beauty and wildlife. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Amazing rental for family or friends!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house exceeded our expectations! Spacious, Gorgeous outdoor backyard w/ serene view of lake, beautiful seating area on front porch. The game room w/ pool table was so much fun to enjoy, Hot Tub was perfect, but is right off the game room and in an enclosed area so no view, but still is nicely set up with some seating. Garage big enough to park one vehicle inside. North Store super close & easy to get to for some of those extra items you may need. Bike path easy to get to. Beautiful neighborhood and quiet! 1 master on the main level which we used for our 90 yr. old Mom & the other 3 rooms upstairs and very nice! Beds were comfortable too. One thing to keep in mind is there is no manual for this home, so you will need to contact the office if you need any help or have questions.

I had a few questions after arriving, and the property management company was very friendly and responsive, as they were throughout our whole experience. The property description should list that there are bikes available, as biking is a big thing to do around Sunriver. The only issue we had was the shower door in the upstairs hallway bathroom coming a bit off of it's track, but my husband was able to take care of it so we didn't call for repairs. The home was beautiful and very spacious. More than enough room for the 8 of us staying there. More than enough seating outside as well. I would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if there was a small cooler that guests could take on outings in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is spectacular. We loved sitting out back and enjoying the view of the lake and golf course. The house says it sleeps 10 but it sleeps 8! The game room does not have a bed in it which was a major down fall for our family. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The AC went out for 2 days as well. The house was clean and well equipped. Great that we had 10 sharc passes if we could get into the sharc. Unfortunately that is the only pool available to use. We waited in line 3 times and got in twice. There needs to be access to the other pools besides the sharc for renters. Something that needs to be changed.

Despite poor air quality (fires) & SHARQ closure - good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Winner’s Circle #1 is a beautiful home in a great location. Great floor plan, AC, well maintained hot tub, bikes and very well stocked. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed in the poor maintenance & cleanliness of this property. On checking in we noticed food, etc. on the floors, in plain site and visible under furniture. I called housekeeping and someone was sent shortly. I had to leave, but I was told by others in our party that the floors were mopped & vacuumed. On my return I noticed that the large sticky spill I had reported was cleaned up, but the stand from which this substance had obviously spilled still had the residue of whatever it was clearly down the side. The food (popcorn, crackers), small toys, pieces of tin foil, etc. were still under the couches. This we swept up, as it was pretty gross. The nook chair pads are stained. There are cobwebs above the soffit in the kitchen & hanging from the ceiling in the living room. The deck looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned/maintained in quite awhile - furniture & mats are very dirty, tall weeds have grown up between planks. Grill & outdoor mini fridge are dirty. The walk-in closet in the upstairs King room was unusable. Unfolded blankets, comforters, pillows & 2 half opened cots looked like they had been thrown in & were piled on the floor in a mess reaching the rods meant to hang clothes on. We folded up the cots & put them in their bags, folded all blankets & comforters and reorganized so that the closet could be used. It would be nice if the kitchen cupboards were better organized. Again, very well stocked, but we found random items spread throughout different drawers and cupboards. This was minor compared to the other concerns noted. We have never had these types of complaints in the decades that we have previously rented properties. For the price paid for this rental we expected a much better level/quality of cleanliness.

There are cobwebs above the soffit in the kitchen & hanging from the ceiling in the living room. The deck looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned/maintained in quite awhile - furniture & mats are very dirty, tall weeds have grown up between planks. Grill & outdoor mini fridge are dirty. The walk-in closet in the upstairs King room was unusable. Unfolded blankets, comforters, pillows & 2 half opened cots looked like they had been thrown in & were piled on the floor in a mess reaching the rods meant to hang clothes on. We folded up the cots & put them in their bags, folded all blankets & comforters and reorganized so that the closet could be used. It would be nice if the kitchen cupboards were better organized. Again, very well stocked, but we found random items spread throughout different drawers and cupboards. This was minor compared to the other concerns noted. We have never had these types of complaints in the decades that we have previously rented properties. For the price paid for this rental we expected a much better level/quality of cleanliness.

Hi Dana. I am so sorry you had so many things go wrong at Winners Circle 1. The owners were in the home before you and they usually don't leave the house that way. It was certainly hot and uncomfortable and I am sorry you had to put up with the house not being up to your expectations as well. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this house is spectacular. We loved sitting out back and enjoying the view of the lake and golf course. The house says it sleeps 10 but it sleeps 8! The game room does not have a bed in it which was a major down fall for our family. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The AC went out for 2 days as well. The house was clean and well equipped. Great that we had 10 sharc passes if we could get into the sharc. Unfortunately that is the only pool available to use. We waited in line 3 times and got in twice. There needs to be access to the other pools besides the sharc for renters. Something that needs to be changed.
