** Important Notice: The Maui Coast Hotel, a development adjacent to the Pacific Shores is undergoing a major expansion and new construction, which began in March 2022 is expected to be completed May 15, 2024. Construction-related noises will be likely during this timeframe and may be heard throughout the entirety of the complex. Any operations that create excessive noise such as jack-hammering, hoe-ramming, and rock-crushing will be performed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The current rates have been reduced for the inconvenience. **

Pacific Shores, Maui

Homey set up, close to beaches, easy walking to shops, stores. Location was close to another family member in Wailea for a business meeting. Construction on next property that had some activity before 0800 noticed.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Adorable and Cute Condo

The condo was very nice and in good location. Only issue was extremely noisy construction within yards of the property that began at 6am through out the entire day. Weekend as well. Nothing that the property manager had control of but would have liked to have been warned. Not able to make use of the pool there because of the extreme noise. Everything else was fine.
