Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

The Saint Simons Grand has recently reconsidered the scope and timing of the previously announced exterior renovation project. As part of this process, the community is obtaining an additional professional opinion before finalizing the project scope and construction schedule.
As a result, the previously anticipated September 6, 2026 start date is no longer applicable, and there is currently no confirmed construction start date. Once the timing and outcome of this additional review is known, we will share updated information with our guests promptly.

Beautiful Sunrises

We enjoyed SSI and staying at this property. The sunrises were absolutely beautiful. Such a quaint downtown that gives you the feel of a sleepy beach town with live music to enjoy in the evenings.

Family Summer Vacation

Great location and ocean view. Loved being on the first floor with the steps down to the ground from the balcony. The rooms were larger than what appeared in photos. Comfortable. Great stay even though rainy week.
