You enter the apartment through a medieval door.
On the first level are the kitchen/dining room and a bathroom. A large bedroom studio is located on the upper floor with a double bed, a sofa bed for a child (length is 160cm), a cot for a baby and large windows overlooking the roofs, the towers and the church steeples of the town. The bedroom can accommodate 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby.
The terrace on top of the tower offers a stunning 360-degree view over the Tiber valley. It is also the perfect spot for tanning under the Tuscan sun, and having aperitifs and alfresco dinner.

The house has an air-conditioning and electrical heating system and provides all the necessary amenities for a perfect summer and/or winter stay.

The Tower of Uguccione della Faggiola is very close to the central “Torre di Berta” square and is one of the oldest standing structures of Sansepolcro (XIII century). It is an integral part of the harmonious setting that enables you to feel like you’ve returned to a distant past. Reaching the penthouse in the old, hidden tower is the culmination of this unique experience; you can almost hear the sound of the brave knights courting beautiful dames.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2009. It was refurnished with piece of furniture from the historic period which the building belongs to.

All the details have been selected to allow you to feel like you had come back to an ancient past but, at the same time, to access to all modern comforts and facilities.

The Tower of Uguccione, being located in the main street (50 meters from the central square), allows you to enjoy all the highlights of Sansepolcro without the need to use the car.
At the same time, in case you reach Sansepolcro with your own car, unlimited free parking lots are available at walking distance from the apartment.

The peculiarity of the apartment is, without doubt, the extraordinary and spectacular terrace on the roof of the apartment. It represents a unique and matchless place. From the terrace it is possible to dominate the city center of Sansepolcro and the Tiber valley.

From the terrace it is possible to overlook the beautiful façade of the Cathedral and the other surroundings historical buildings.
