Le Bois Joly is a chalet on the trail leading from the Bettex to the center of Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc. Built in 2016 with high quality materials, it offers all the comforts of a modern chalet without compromising the charm of an old fashioned looking wooden chalet. Its panorama with 180 ° gives you a clear, unimpeded view of Mont Blanc.

The chalet consists of:
- 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are adult rooms (each w/double bed) and 1 children's room (4 bunkbeds)
- 3 shower rooms + 2 bathrooms
- There is an open floor plan which includes the living room ( 48m2) and kitchen (15m2)
- a TV room
- a ski room for all ski paraphernalia
- 1 laundry room
- sauna
- an outdoor Nordic bath entirely made of wood, overlooking Mont Blanc.

In the winter, ski directly from the chalet's front door to a private path linking, Le Bois Joly enjoying a privileged place on the track linking the Bettex to the gondola of St-Gervais.

The services of the chalet are high-end:
- All double beds are Tempur w/memory foam mattresses
- All lighting is partly made to measure
- Floor heating for optimum comfort
- Insulation to standards RT2012 (triple glazing installed on all fixed windows)
- Each room has a integrated bathroom.

All linen, towels and bathrobes are provided during your rental in order to enjoy the best of the outdoor Nordic baths.

Très bon moment passé à Saint Gervais

Location délivrant de très bonnes prestations et très bien équipée. Propreté parfaite, gérant aux petits soins. La propriété est située sur les hauteurs de Saint Gervais et la terrasse/spa donne coté forêt avec vue sur les montagnes sans vis à vis direct ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La proximité relative avec la route en contre bas ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Petit bémol vite oubliés, l'accès à la propriété la première fois (waze ne vous y amènera pas directement et l'accès à la résidence est mal indiqué), les manœuvres pour accéder au parking de la maison demandent également un petit temps d'adaptation. Satisfaction globale excellente, nous reviendrons volontiers.

Wonderful stay at the Chalet le Bois Joly

We had a fantastic stay at the chalet who turned out to be exactly as described snd where we felt immediately at home. Everything is well furnished and equipped, stylishly decorated with just the right amount of touches. The chalet is spacious and everyone was happy to have his/her own room. We enjoyed the outside space equally especially the jacuzzi. I would definitely recommend other travelers to consider this beautiful chalet.

Excellente semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille, et cela malgré la fermeture des pistes. St Gervais ou les Contamines, a proximité, offrent de nombreuses activités. Le chalet est superbe et correspond au totalement au descriptif. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l'espace, la déco, la vue et les tous les équipements. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et le 'house keeper'.

Le chalet est splendide malheureusement nous avons du prendre la voiture chaque jour pour rejoindre les pistes car le manque de neige ne nous a pas permis de rentrer ou partir à ski... idéal je pense fin janvier. Si on le jacuzzi sur la terrasse avec la vue sur le mont blanc est splendide. Le chalet est décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Prévoir absolument les équipements neige pour monter en cas de neige

Tolles Haus mir viel Platz

Wir (12 Erwachsene) haben einen tollen Skiurlaub im Haus "Bois Joli" verbringen dürfen. Ausstattung: Besonders das große Wohnzimmer und die hochwertige Einrichtung im ganzen Haus haben uns gut gefallen. Die Küche ist riesig und besser ausgestattet als zu Hause (riesen Bräter, Zauberstab, Küchenmaschine, 2 Kaffeemaschinen, Raclette- und Crepe-Gerät ...). Jeden Tag benutzten wir das Hot Tub (6 Personen finden locker Platz) und die geräumige Sauna. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner sind super, um Saunahandtücher zu waschen. Damit wir alle am Tisch Platz fanden, wurde extra für uns eine Anbauplatte organisiert. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Lage: Für die Skifahrer sind es vom Haus nur ein paar Meter zur Talabfahrt (Einstieg Evasion Mont Blanc) und auch Nicht-Skifahrer können die Region super erkunden, da man fast im Tal wohnt. Für die Stichstraße zum Haus empfehle ich je nach Schneelage Schneeketten, zumindest gute Winterreifen. Der tolle Blick auf Saint-Gervais und das Mont-Blanc Massiv ist durch kein anderes Haus verbaut. Betreuung/Kontakt: Die Kommunikation mit Alexis verlief einwandfrei. Bei Fragen oder Problemen vor oder wärend der Buchung, konnte er immer helfen. Die Betreung und Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort wurde von einer Hausverwaltung durchgeführt. Unsere Ansprechperson war freundlich und bei Problemen (wir wollten gerne die Heizung runter stellen) sofort zur Stelle. Die Pünktlichkeit war manchmal eher französisch, aber dafür wurden auch Sonderwünsche (Brötchenservice) unkompliziert umgesetzt. Im Allgemeinen also ein dickes Lob! Kleine Mängel: Die Heizung (sehr komfortable Fußbodenheizung) lässt sich nur zentral regeln, sodass im Wohnraum und in den Schlafzimmern die gleiche Temperatur herrscht (in der ersten Nacht war es allen zu warm ;)). Das bräunliche Wasser im Hot Tub - wir haben es auf die Holzverkleidung geschoben (hat nicht unangenehm gerochen). Ein paar Liegestühle für die Terrasse wären super, damit man sich nach der Sauna draußen hinlegen kann. Zusammenfassung: Ich empfehle das Haus von ganzem Herzen! Die kleinen Mängel werden von dem Gesamteindruck sofort wett gemacht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen einmal wieder Gast sein zu dürfen!

beautifully decorated chalet with stunning views!!

We had a wonderful stay with two families in this beautifully decorated chalet. The chalet is nicer and more spacious than the pictures show on the website. Spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is in the house. Alexis, owner of the chalet responds quickly and is very helpful in answering all questions. We would love to come back there.
