14 TageLage & Ausstattung:Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist nah am Strand. Zum Haus gehört ein Gemeinschaftspool, der zu den angegebenen Zeiten genutzt werden kann.Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sind ein Kinderstuhl & Reisebett vorhanden.Leider gibt es kein WLAN, das man vor der Buchung beachten sollte. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist der geringe Stauraum in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer, da die Schränke sehr voll sind. Auch in den Schlafzimmern sind die Schränke teilweise defekt oder zu klein, um alle Sachen unterzubringen. Der bereits in einer früheren Bewertung bemängelte defekte Stuhl scheint nicht ausgetauscht worden zu sein.Ablauf & Service:Die Anreise war trotz Verspätung unkompliziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise verlief reibungslos, und die Kaution konnte entspannt ein paar Tage später bezahlt werden.Sauberkeit:Vor der Ankunft sollte die Sauberkeit, insbesondere das Entfernen von Spinnweben, noch einmal gründlich überprüft werden. Es scheint, als sei das Haus eine Zeit lang nicht genutzt worden.Fazit:Das Haus punktet mit seiner guten Lage und dem entspannten Service. Allerdings gibt es deutliche Mängel bei der Ausstattung & der Sauberkeit, insbesondere was den Stauraum und den Zustand der Möbel betrifft. Es ist eine gute Option für alle, die eine entspannte Zeit am Strand verbringen möchten und auf eine Internetverbindung verzichten können, sich aber auf eingeschränkte Verstaumöglichkeiten und ventuelle Sauberkeitsmängel einstellen müssen.

Prise pas fixée derrière le lit, et niveau de propreté a l'arrivée pas terribles. Il y avai du sable dans les toilettes, salle de bain, un peu dans les chambres, escalier.Sinon dans l'ensemble c'est correct. On a passé de tres bonne vacances

Bon séjour

Logement très bien situé proche de la mer et du centre ville du pouldu. Belles ballades. Très bien équipé en vaisselle et appareil électroménager. Seul bémol la plaque électrique un peu lente a la chauffe. Barbecue en très mauvais état et grilles pas lavées. Tous les tiroirs de la commode dans la chambre étaient cassés. Les chaises de la cuisine vétustes (une chaise s'est déboitée quand mon mari s'est assis dessus il a failli tomber) Les lattes du canapé qui se deboitent souvent. Si le matériel défectueux est changé nous reviendrons sans problème !

L'emplacement de la location est superbe. Nous avons eu des difficultés sur l'état du logement (lattes de canapés cassées, photos non conformes...) Merci à l'agence immobilière en gestion pour sa haute disponibilité afin que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible.
