Apartment in a house from the beginning of the last century modernized, with all the desired comfort. You have a large sun terrace, as well as a small garden area, with direct view of the port.
Table, garden chairs, and barbecue are at your disposal to enjoy your meals outside.
You have two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds). The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate the 5th and 6th people. All bedding is new.
Bathroom with bath, separate WC and a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, hob, freezer and microwave.
The city center is accessible on foot as well as the beaches (-1 km).
Small dogs are accepted (25 ⏠per week).
Sheets (15 ⏠/ bed) and towels (10 ⏠per lot) can be rented.
A cleaning fee of ⏠50 is added to the reservation.
