Perfectly located for Cannes

This is the second year we have stayed in the apartment. Only a short bus trip into Cannes. Pool is great and the apartment is roomy and clean. Thank you for another great stay.

A Wonderful Location to Celebrate Film

A group of filmmakers came to stay and enjoy the Festival de Cannes. After a rocky check in process with some confusion, where the producer ended up pushing several heavy cases uphill unassisted, the rest of the stay was pleasant and without incident. The giant terrace was the central spot for socializing, the full kitchen extremely handy, and the walks to the beach and the Croisette vigorous and waist trimming. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant surprise

Just home from our summer holiday in Cannes. Five star to Christian for this very very nice place and his allways quick communication. Thank you so much for the very flexible check in. So much appreciated. Also thanks to Jean Loui for a pleasant check in at the place. We had the best stay - we all agreed about that. Your home is very spacious and so full of light. Well equipped and we enjoyed the beautiful green view from the enormous terrace and the living room/ master bedroom. Well situated in walking distance to superb beach, city and supermarket. Our teens enjoyed the pool very much - I needed the breeze at the beach. If I should say a wish ( from the two in the smaller bedroom) it should be an air conditioner instead of the fan but they survived:-) and sun beds around the pool but then it would be another pool area. I can only recommend this place and no doubt when returning to Cannes this is the place to stay.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay in a neat appartment, the Pool was great and the bigb terrace is really stunning. A couple of minuten walk to the beach and other amenities.

Ruim en goed uitgerust appartement dichtbij het natuurpark La Croix des Gardes

Heel aangenaam was het supergroot terras met zicht op het groen van het domein. Het (gemeenschappelijke) zwembad werd goed onderhouden. Er was een goede communicatie met de eigenaar bij vragen of problemen, zowel vóór als na de boeking als tijdens ons verblijf. Enkele onjuistheden in de online advertentie: - In de slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden staan enkel deze 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Er staat dus niet ook een tweepersoonsbed. - Er zijn eigenlijk geen 3 maar slechts 2 slaapkamers want de ruimte met 2 slaapbanken is de living.

Geräumige und gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger Lage.

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Cannes. Unser Appartement war in einer gesicherten, ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage gelegen. Das Appartement befand sich im Erdgeschoss und war großzügig geschnitten. Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche) und hatten ausreichend Platz. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr sauber, gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Die große Terrasse war unser Highlight. Die Altstadt und der Hafen waren fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren in Cannes nur zu Fuß unterwegs. Nach Nizza und Monaco sind wir mit dem Zug gereist, was sehr unkompliziert und entspannt war. Der Vermieter hat stets prompt auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und vor Ort hatten wir einen wunderbaren Ansprechpartner. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment sehr empfehlen!

Un havre de paix

Une magnifique résidence avec une superbe piscine très bien entretenue. Le parc est de toute beauté. L'appartement très spacieux et ses deux salles de bain super pratique. Je recommande cet appartement pour son calme, sa proximité de la plage, du vieux port et du Suquet.
