Our house is located in a small, quiet village, where you will find all the amenities, from the bakery, to the petrol pump via the SNCF train station.

This beautiful house is located in the center of a wooded park of 5000 m², fenced and secure. The trees bring you shade and freshness as well as privacy in this large space.
In front of the main terrace, the large, secure swimming pool (barrier and alarm) awaits you with its terrace, its gently sloping beach, a bar area and its Pool House.
This large, independent room is in fact a fully equipped kitchen. The gas barbecue is at your disposal, as well as the pool games: buoys, fries ...

In the house, the fully equipped kitchen, the large living room and a bedroom overlook the main terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. Two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all of them have a bathroom.
Upstairs two bedrooms, their private terrace and bathroom as well as a holiday library corner *, await you for quiet moments. Access to the staircase can be hindered by a self-locking barrier.
A cot, a playpen, and a wooden high chair are available if needed.

You will be there, 20 minutes from Nîmes, Alès and Uzès, at the center of a multitude of activities: walking, mountain biking, Gard wine route, visiting historic monuments, speleology, canoeing , horse riding, all within a radius of 30 km from the house.
