Located in one of the most desirable beachfront complexes in Vallarta’s Hotel Zone, the condo places you just 15 minutes from the airport and downtown, with restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. Right across the street you’ll find several popular restaurants, and next door is La Isla Shopping Village, along with Walmart, Costco, and many other conveniences.

The condo is professionally decorated with high-end furniture and thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoy two spacious balconies, one facing the ocean and another with mountain and city views, creating the perfect spaces to relax with your morning coffee or evening drink.

The living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open fully to the balcony, allowing the ocean breeze to flow through the space. A large Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Claro Video is available for your entertainment.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, direct access to the bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a Smart TV, and its own private balcony with views of the mountains and La Isla shopping center.

The second bedroom also features a private balcony with mountain views, a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and two queen-size beds, making it ideal for families or groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Guests can dine at the kitchen bar or gather around the dining table that comfortably seats up to eight people.

My family and I had an amazing week soaking up the sun and were so comfortable in this condo! Regina and Jose were great both before our trip, answering questions as well as during our trip. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes, towels and amenities that made our stay very convenient and comfortable. The beds are a bit on the firmer side but are more comfortable than other units I’ve stayed in! The rooms both have large closets with plenty of storage as well as safes for valuables. The showers and bathrooms were all clean and very nice to use. The lighting in some areas was a bit cold/harsh with the LED lights, but otherwise very nice! We did use the washer and drier which worked great. The large bottles of water were SO nice to have and were very easy to exchange. This unit is on the 17th floor and had a great view of the ocean. The tables and chairs on the balcony were comfortable and made it a really enjoyable to sip a cup of coffee in the mornings. The one and only thing I would warn people about is the bar by the ocean likes to play very loud music, but they were usually done by 9pm, which was great. I would give this condo and the staff a solid 10/10 and would be very interested in staying at this unit in the future. Thank you so much for an incredible week!

The view from the balcony is stunning. Location is perfect for access to restaurants and groceries. The entire staff was excellent, we felt very safe. Everything was as described and communication was quick from the date of booking to the day of check out. I can not recommend this place enough!! We are already talking about coming back.

Great resort

The condo was exactly as shown in photos! However, there were some repairs that my husband did using a kitchen knife. The kitchen faucet leaks and the shower door in bathroom off hallway needs adjustment as it sounds like it’s going to break!!! Noise on the weekend is a big factor!!! The adjacent property has a nightclub and an area for special events! The music was so loud it was impossible to sit outside!!The resort amenities are wonderful- beautiful pools, great restaurant, resort staff friendly and helpful, very central to other areas of PV. A nice place for a vacation!!

Hypnotizing View

The Grand Venetian is a great location and has very nice grounds, large infinity pools, close to grocery stores, 20 minute walk to the Malecon. Property manager Sergio was very good. Brought us a new toaster the same day we needed it, came and replaced batteries on the main door on the weekend.The accommodation had a great view, good firm beds, and soft pillows. It does need some minor repairs to give it a score of 10. Second bedroom safe did not work, second bedroom fan was very noisy, dishwasher needed some work, oven door upper seal leaks a bit, some of the kitchen equipment could be replaced and second bedroom patio door did not lock.

Relaxing month stay!

We have stayed in this exact unit once before. The location of the Grand Venetian is very central to downtown and airport. The grounds of the Grand Venetian are meticulously kept and the security for the property is excellent. The unit has the best view- straight out to the ocean! Yes as others have stated there is music three afternoon/evenings per week but this did not bother us. The unit is well stocked all appliances work well. Communication with our hosts was excellent and timely. Thank- you Regina for answering all our questions pre arrival AND a big thank you to Sergio for all your support and being available when needed! Best wishes to both of you! Love the Grand Venetian Property

This was our 2nd time staying in a unit at the Grand Venetian. The property managers were easy to get ahold of, everything worked well, the only noticeable difference between this stay and our previous stay in another unit was the cleanliness of the room. There were clumps of hair (maybe from an animal) throughout the unit, hair bands and a pair of socks from previous occupants and it appeared the floors hadn’t been mopped as if the floor got wet it turned muddy. I can’t complain for the price, but would want the managers/owners to know that whomever is cleaning in between occupants they may want to consider finding someone else. Overall love the layout of the Grand Venetian property

Amazing sunsets every night!

Beautiful condo, with beautiful sunsets every night. It’is on the 17th floor, which is what you want. It has a large balcony and large living space. The only negative points I would mention are :it is not new and it could use a little love on the smaller things (it looks great and has all the essentials, but some things were broken prior to our arrival, like a blind, fridge drawer, shower head, some marble tables were broken - it didn’t ruin our stay), it oversees a brown river and the public access to the beach (but being higher up makes it less noticeable) and there is a bar playing music 3 days/week, which my kids enjoyed, but you need to love that kind of music. Host is delightful and very responsive, can’t get enough of the balcony and sunset view. The Grand Venitian complex has lots to offer : onsite gym, tennis and pickell ball courts, amazing swimming pools. You will not regret your stay!

Positives:This is our second time staying at the Grand Venetian. We love the exterior property and all that it provides. We had wonderful communication and service from the host Regina and the property management Sergio. Nice linens, lots of cooking spices, ample pots and pans,nice front room and balcony furniture Negatives: The unit needs a complete scrub from ceiling to floors. Dirty floor (clumps of hair and dirt in corners) and walls, dirty appliances, dryer vent full of lint, rubber fell out of dishwasher, plumbing leaks - bathroom shower and faucet, no fire extinguisher, needed tv service, one queen bed made out of plywood. No safe key for queen room, fan light out -limited light in front room,objects in disposal, objects left under bed. This property is considered high end but this unit is not. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

Not as advertised

We liked the complex very much but the unit made this one of the worst vacations we have ever been on. We paid the very highest of the high end (and in speaking with several others at the pools we were told time and again that we got ripped off) for a luxurious unit. If it had of matched the pictures we saw on the site it might have been okay (but still paid too much ). But the pictures were obviously from years ago and the place is now run down. Here is a list of problems we had: -there was no light in the bedroom closet -upon arrival one long sharp knife in the kitchen (not even a paring knife) -mugs and plates were chipped badly -there was a mixed mash of glasses for drinking -there were no proper dish cloths & tea towels -no kettle (we bought one) -oven mitts were disgustingly dirty and placemats were stained so didn't use -kitchen drainboard is extremely old and stained -there was only one faded facecloth and towels are old and faded (some had holes) -one of the sinks in the 2nd bedroom would not drain -the other sink in the 2nd bedroom was turned off and had to have the pipes replaced -the stove light did not work -the cupboard door was hanging off it's hinges -the shower in the 2nd bedroom leaked the handle on a kitchen drawer came off in our hands, they fixed it and it happened again the next day -there were termites in the living room credenza, vacuumed several times but were always there -air conditioning in bedrooms did not work. AND MORE but I have run out of room
