Carnac, center beach, in a residential complex with heated pool (from mid-June to mid-September), terraced house on private garden, sheltered and enclosed including:

- a kitchen open to the living room, a living room opening onto terrace with large bay window.

- an entrance serving an independent WC,

- upstairs: a bedroom for 4 (1 bunk bed, 1 sofa bed), 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, shower room and separate toilet.

Très bien

La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque et tout est à proximité immédiate (piscine de la résidence, commerces, plage, office de tourisme...) ce qui est bien pratique et appréciable. Malheureusement, cela génère un peu de bruit et de passage. Je recommande cette jolie location à la déco bord de mer.

Idéal pour une famille de 4, maison bien placée et agencée

Un emplacement au top pour profiter de Carnac plage (plage, commerces, resto…), la maison est à la fois fonctionnelle et jolie et nous n’avons pas été ennuyé par le côté mitoyen. Un plus pour les enfants avec la piscine chauffée de la résidence à 2 pas. Nous étions 4 dont 2 enfants (ils doivent partager la chambre) et toute la famille a passé un très bon séjour. Encore merci

Parfait! Perfekt!

Une de nos meilleures vacances en France. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin (y compris des épices, une vaisselle complète, des chaises longues, etc.) Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et flexibles - merci Béatrice ! Cet emplacement - 5 minutes de la plage et des magasins importants (même le Super U peut être atteint à pied - j'ai dû le faire, car le lundi, les deux boulangeries et la charcuterie étaient fermées. Il y a même un bricolage pour le charbon de bois). 15 minutes du fantastique marché de Carnac (mercredi et dimanche). Les plages sont tout simplement magiques (Le Men Du était notre préférée). Menhirs, dolmens et tumuli abondent, ainsi que de très beaux sentiers de randonnée. Nous avons également trouvé des restaurants, nous recommandons Le Cornely (un peu plus loin, mais avec une belle vue sur la plage ou La Sultana). La piscine du complexe est géniale, pas trop occupée le matin et le soir, et nous avons pu nager dans une eau agréablement chaude. Le seul inconvénient est peut-être la rue très fréquentée sur laquelle se trouve la maison. Cela s'est amélioré vers la fin du mois d'août, et c'est généralement assez calme la nuit. Nous reviendrons ! ****** Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube in Frankreich. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (inklusive Gewürze, komplettes Geschirr, Liegen etc). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und flexibel - merci Beatrice! Diese Lage - 5 Minuten zum Strand und zu den wichtigen Geschäften (selbst den Super-U kann man fussläufig erreichen - das musste ich auch, weil Montags die beiden Boulangeries und die Charcuterie zu hatten. Sogar eine Bricolage gibt es, für die Grillkohle.) 15 Minuten zum fantastischen Markt von Carnac (Mittwochs und Sonntags). Die Strände sind einfach zauberhaft (Le Men Du war unser Favorit). Menhire, Dolmen und Tumuli gibt es ohne Ende, und auch sehr schöne Wanderwege. Bei den Restaurants wurden wir auch fündig, wir empfehlen Le Cornely (etwas weiter weg, aber mit schönem Blick auf den Strand oder La Sultana). Der Pool in der Anlage ist toll, morgens und abends ist nicht viel los, und wir konnte gut schwimmen in angenehm warmen Wasser. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht die wirklich sehr lebhafte Strasse an der das Haus liegt. Gegen Ende August wurde es besser, und Nachts ist es generell recht ruhig. Wir kommen wieder!
