Start every day of your stay with direct beach access and uninterrupted beach and water views! This condo is right in the center of the building, closest to the beach! This coastal getaway is the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring. The home offers a full kitchen perfect for cooking, a balcony with a gorgeous, Gulf view, and a shared, on-site pool for entertaining the entire group.
This home is conveniently located near both Padre and Gulf Boulevard offering many restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as beautiful Gulf view drives. The South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center is just a little over a mile north, while the Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Beach Resort is less than five miles south for all-ages fun. This rental is also right next to the Wanna Wanna Bar & Grill, where you can enjoy bar food, frozen drinks, and live music right on the beach.

All guests must be 25 years or older during the month of March.

*Wristbands are required during the month of March for anyone between the ages of 10 and 30. The wristbands can be purchased at our local office: 6001 Padre Blvd office for $25 each. Please pay by cash or check only.
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.
